How difficult is it to be warm and welcoming to people who enter and patronize your business [rhetorical]. If others patrons comment that they are friendly based on their experience, what makes them friendly towards some guests and unfriendly towards others? Oh well, I just wanted to share my experience - I've visited 3-4 times and the customer service is the same each time. There are a few other similar restaurant options in the area with equally tasting foods but a friendlier and welcoming vibe.

Our waitress was the best thing of the visit. She was very helpful and friendly. Food was decent but charged for the little things.
I order take out here from time to time and its always delicious! General Tso's and orange chicken are my personal favorites, and the rice and chicken proportions are very large. Every time I pick it up it's hot and very filling. Very very tasty!

If you live in College Station, consider yourself lucky to have several Chef Cao's in your town. I am not an expert on Chinese cuisine, but I have lived in China and eaten in hundreds of Chinese restaurants and Chef Cao's is top tier. With very fresh ingredients, authentic recipes that stand out from the norm and very fair prices, I can't recommend these restaurants more highly.
