Not sure what is going on with their drive thru. They have the most confusing lanes ever, when I pulled up the their NEW drive thru set up I was told that I was in “the wrong lane” and that it was for mobile orders only, I was literally the only car there and the girl helping me out had an iPad but I had to be on the lane right next to mine for them to actually take my order. I have never ever seen chick fil a where their second lane was “ mobile order only” and if this is what yall are going to be doing a big noticeable sign would be of help.
I get the light that it is across-the-board that they cannot fry. Your chicken nuggets extra crispy. And that is a lie. Because everywhere else I go. They do it so because of this. I didn't like the chicken nuggets. The waffle fries or good dinner at the chicken nuggets. The service was like what we can't do that. There was no accommodation for the customer. So when you go, just know whatever you get. You're just gonna get it plan Jane unless it's plan.

Alexis is an absolute joy. Such a sweet presence, always smiling, and was helping out tables graciously even with every single table filled. She had a conversation with me about our kids and i saw her also having genuine conversation with other tables. Made the experience better for sure! Food was great as always too.
