My dad is in the hospital down the street. It makes his day when I show up every morning with a chocolate shake. After 4 days of the Whataburger next door, I decided to change things up so that I could have something different for breakfast. I received a drink holder with two drinks and a closed bag. Being in a hurry to get to my dad before doctor's rounds and not having issues at Whataburger all week, I did not check my order until I got to the hospital. Wrong order. No breakfast to share with my dad. No chocolate shake. I called. They were nice. I'm very disappointed. After doctors rounds. I'll probably head out to get his Whataburger shake.

I found a (long tube tendon) in my chicken breast. I was so grossed out I threw it in the trash. Made my stomach turn.

The guy who brings out the food for curbside this morning was super rude. He was tall had glasses on, dark hair. Didn’t say one word to me, just aggressively handed my food to me and walked away. This is the same guy who was rude to me a couple months ago.
I did the curbside ordering, there was no parking spaces available. So I followed their instructions and parked in a space with my hazards on. The guy I guess couldn’t find my car right away, and when he did he walked up and said “what you couldn’t find a parking space?”.
Idk if he rememberers that interaction and was rude again to me this morning. Idk very disappointed

Wouldn’t be a big deal but this happens just about every time!! I have been going here for 8+ years and there’s gotta be a fix….

Avocado lime ranch is my go-to sauce for every meal. I always ask for it with my order and remind them at the window and STILL never fails to have it forgotten or a staff member will ask us to pay for it to get it. Why doesn’t the order-taker ring it to our ticket then to begin with so we don’t have to make more than one transaction?! Anyways, just drove through and asked them twice to make sure they put it in the bag. Even got a “yes absolutely we will double check it goes in there.” Felt assured it would be so drove off and NOPE! But it was on my ticket? so annoyed.

Chic fil I love you but plz find a way to remember my ranch.
