Always good service, the drive through guy was not great but I've had such positive experiences with them that I didn't even care. The lower rating is simply because Im not a fan of their corporate practices.

I ordered the English muffin with the chicken and egg whites, the English muffin is burnt every time leaves a burnt taste in your mouth. I usually get it without being toasted, but forgot it is horrible when it is burnt like that they should not toast it that long.

This place served us what seems like dirt in our sandwich! After being told about it all they wanted to do was make a new one! At least a refund would be would’ve been the least they could do. If this Chick-fil-A really cares, reach out to me

This location is truly exceptional! In fact, every branch of this company offers a remarkable experience. When I arrived to the drive thru, there were no vehicles, I waited for a bit and no one took my order. Then another vehicle approached, and they took their order immediately on the other lane. So I thought the speaker was broken or something so I reversed and went to the other aisle. I am now 3 cars behind its fine I wait. Then I see a car go to the lane I was originally in and they were served immediately.

When it was my turn it still took a bit to get any service. When the person finally took my order she was giving me a little bit of attitude.
I finished ordering and when they asked for my name, my name is a unique name. So as I always say: my name and you can spell it, however, you like and they said, can you speak louder, I can't hear you, with complete attitude. I repeated myself to say the same thing and they huffed.

When I approached to pay and receive my food, I noticed an employee (don't know if that was who took my order) staring heavily at me and my car, which felt hostile. She had her arms crossed and looked visibly upset. This treatment was uncalled for and disrespectful.

This place sucks. You have to wait for a minimum of 10 minutes if you order strips.

Never had a bad experience at a Chick-Fil-A ever, so this was something else. I arrived to pick up a mobile order using the drive thru. They ask me to come around after telling them my name which they then proceeded to get wrong. The service worker kept calling me by the wrong name. It was odd, she told me the food was on the grill and to park where they’d bring my order. That’s happened at other fast food places but here it was past 10pm and there was no one ahead of me. I park. The person behind me parks and they get their order first. Someone pulls up out of nowhere. They didn’t go through the drive thru line or anything and the employee comes out with a huge order immediately. So two people then got their order before me. The worker (I think her name was Hayley, at least that’s what the receipt said) apologized about the wait then disappeared again. She came back with the food a while later and hurried back inside the restaurant. It had no sauce packets. They didn’t bother to check for that or napkins.

I had to go all the way back through the drive thru line again to ask for my sauce packets!

At this point, there actually was a line to order. I tell them what happened to the speaker and they don’t even apologize. They get my name wrong again at the window then give me like 10 packets of sauce. This whole affair took like 30 minutes by the time I got home.

The worst part was having to sit in the drive thru line again all because they forgot to check if my order was correct. See the photo for a picture of my soggy boxes by the time I got home. Easily the worst chick fil a I’ve visited. It seems like the crew just ignored my order and managed to get it wrong. Crazy, because CFA service overall is usually way better than other places. Disappointing visit.

Absolutely the fastest service I have ever received at a Chick-fil-A!! The store is clean, efficient and the food is great

THE EGGGGGGSSSSSSS were amazing, and DELICIOUS 😩😩🌅🌅🌅🌅💕💕💕💕💕! I don’t even like egggs like that but the eggs were buttery and milky. Like Grandma was in the kitchen cracking the eggs in the pan. ***who COOKED the egggs?**** the were EGG-cellent!!!
I NEEED a refund just so I can reHAVE the eggs again. Will chik-fil-a deliver just Eggs on Easter next year? Can you cater the eggs at a BREAKFAST event? Can you drop the eggs off on a Saturday night because call are closed on SUNDAYS?

This chick fil a is hands down one of the best chick fil a in town. Everyone is always super nice, food is always good, and they’re always quick

I got the worst lettuce on my to go sandwich today. Yucky.

We were out walking our dogs and stopped in for some lemonade. My son went inside to get our drinks while I sat outside with the dogs. A team member brought out little bowls of water for them! (We hadn’t asked for them- I didn’t know they had little disposable dog dishes.) I love Chick-fil-A!

It's cool. I order a bowl of soup for dinner but totally meant for the employee to just decide when to stop filling the bowl rather than fill it more than halfway.
