Chicken Express

This was my first experience with chicken Express, and i was pleased. The aroma in the store was delicious. I met someone for a businesslike discussion. The low noise level made conversation possible. An employee came twice to our table to ask if we'd like refills on our iced tea. Very friendly place.

Overpriced for not letting you order what you want.

I tried to order the 7 piece chicken box with 5 spicy and 2 regular strips. Was told over and over again “no, we can only do all spicy, all regular, or half and half. Can’t do any other combination”. For near $20, I can just go elsewhere for better food and better service.

This is the worst chicken spot ever. The food is mid and they do not season their chicken at ALL. No spicy option for chicken unless it’s for some tinders. Staff is lazy, they stop cooking food early just to not have to make more so if you come a few HOURS before closing good luck. Also the prices are absolutely ridiculous.

Worst part of the experience is that when they screw your food up. They need 10 proofs of purchase, your social security number and thumbprint if you want to get it fixed. They’ll act like you’re the reason their food is screwed up and act like they’ll lose millions of dollars if they have to replace a few pieces of chicken.

DO NOT eat here. I’ll be leaving the same review on DoorDash, uber eats and yelp.

didn't have pick-up ready 30 minutes past placed time yet gave food to others who went by after me, no apology.

Mid food, mid service. Very basic. Polite but not as great at chick fil a or even raising canes.

Used to get the 6 livers here frequently. They were previously generous but this time I think they counted two pigeon livers with th other 4. Also waited over 20 minutes for the order. The okra order was skimpy. The place had dirty floors and tables. Complained to the manager that barely spoke English to no avail. Adios Chicken Express.

Gave me wrong order,I got home and realized it and they said since Zi couldn’t come right back to save the food and bring it back tomorrow.I should have asked him to tell my son he didn’t get to eat tonight since they screwed up even after reading my order back to me.Then the food was cold and rolls were hard.I recommend the store off Wellborn this store ruined my night and my dinner plus overcharged me for another meal I didnt even get.Disqusting food overcharged the guy couldn’t understand English that took my order how could he enter it properly???

Whatever you are doing to the mashed potatoes please stop. They were perfect the way they were. The fried pickles are extra greasy.

Last three visits have received cold food. This last time, you also gave us the wrong chicken. Won’t be bothering again.

This is the best run Chicken Express. All the staff are helpful and eager to please. The chicken is better than most chicken places but not perfect.
