Ordered fish inside of the location, was told it would be 15 mins. Waited inside while they gave all the orders to other customers. When I asked the status of my order I was told 2 more mins. Once again another order handed to someone else. Was told the cook was confused with the orders and I was the one left without an order, I already paid for. Had to wait 30 mins for a 3 pc express fish order. While they were speaking in Spanish and laughing etc due to me being frustrated. Location needs to be retrained the ops here are not doing any favors for your customers. Will not be back to this location.
Food is great. However they failed to give me my full order of tenders for the 7 piece. Unpacked at home for dinner and found they didn't include all the tenders. Called the store said I needed to drive back and show them. I said I could send them a picture that I'm not driving all the way back and they said policy policy policy. Ridiculous.

Half the lobby closed at 715 pm. Cashier Jakayla doesn’t like her job. She wouldn’t speak up. Very rude. Wouldn’t suggest anything. Didn’t get our drinks. Looked just bothered that we showed up. Then all 3 orders were cold chicken strips. This girl is just standing at the register while everyone works around her. Team lead should have control over staff. Awful staff. Fix it or you’ll end up like church’s chicken in town or long John silver. Customer service is everything

I definitely got full from the 3 chicken tender, okra, and mac n cheese box meal (subbed my drink for another side). The cashier/greeter came around and checked on me, even asked if my drink needed to be refilled. Peaceful experience.

I love chicken express!! Great service, plenty of seating, clean restaurant, and good food. My fave is their fried chicken legs and corn nuggets- so yummy!

When I crave fast food chicken, this is what i want for sure :) . Definitely love their chicken and how you can choose which piece you want. Anytime ordering a meal, you can either do 2 sides or 1 side and drink. If you get the drink, just pay to make it the biggest size for sure. Meals can come with a roll or biscuit, but either one is delicious for sure. Sides are good, but definitely chicken is what keels me coming back. Going drive thru, they always are great at repeating back your order and making sure you have everything before leaving. Every time we've gone the staff are very friendly and do a great job.

For a quick take home meal I wanted maybe fried liver, or gizzards . Those are our favorite, they take a few minutes longer but always well worth the wait. The low hot sun was really beating down through the windshield. I chose not to sit and wait for them in the parking lot. I decided to go order inside in the A/C . The nice young lady at the counter was so helpful and patient with my order. Someone else brought my order to my table. She was equally courteous. The name Hailey was printed on my receipt. I told my wife the choice to go inside the restaurant was so pleasing because of the friendly staff. My wife and I were really pleased with our delicious meal.
