EVERY TIME I GO THERE, THEY MESS UP MY ORDER! There is ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS something missing or messed up. And ever since Covid, the chicken strips are much thinner and smaller than they used to be too...they are mostly just the crust now and very little chicken meat. Go somewhere else unless you are prepared to unpack and go through your individual order items yourself before leaving to make sure they actually got it right. Geez.....?

Slow at times, food is cold, everyone acts like they have something better to do other than help you, do not expect them to get your order right. The fact they have 4 stars baffles me. I have had better interactions with a bathroom attendent. Chicken express not the best at all here anyway. Go to sonic or mcdonalds at least they give you a good attitude and warm decent food.

My taste buds just don't like this place anymore. Just doesn't taste the same like in the years prior to 2021! I've tried & tried & still no luck. Employees are always nice. Just the food does Not be fooding!!

Food is ok but customers beware: they do not follow the same pricing as other restaurants of the same franchise. We called over the phone and were shocked at the price. Apparently for the family combos sides aren’t included here and they charge you out the nose for them. We talked to the (I guess) manager there and he was very quick to dismiss us saying they don’t affiliate with the franchise (what?) and that they don’t follow the pricing on the website. I asked him why this was never mentioned and he just said “I told you the price before you paid” and “there’s a disclaimer”. There’s no disclaimer anywhere. Not on the receipt or anywhere online. Seriously catch up with the times!Anyways, I just think this is shady business practice. And the attitude from the manager was terrible. No sympathy whatsoever.They get two stars cause chicken express is one of my favorites

the chicken is too greasy, the coleslaw was sour and old, the honey is old and brown, and they didn't have enough chicken for a 16 count meal. why put 16 count if every time I come you don't have enough chicken made? never going here again!!!

We had the chicken with cole slaw and deep fried pickles. Taste was very good , and getting deep fried pickles was an unexpected surprise. Chicken pieces were impressively meaty. Very good service, and a great value.
I walked in this Chicken Express location and was welcomed with the warmest arms of Seth. It was my first time experiencing a Chicken Express and needed a minute to order my food, Seth was completely understanding of this. I sat down at a booth at the opposite side of the store where I was surprised to find Seth himself hand deliver my friends and I’s food to us. While we were finishing up our food, my friends and I wanted to get a refill and Seth was able to hear this. He ran over offering to take our cups and gave us free refills. Seth is and will always be an amazing host. P.S. Seth was kind enough to let me borrow his Lamborghini to go get gas for my car. This absolute sweetheart in timbs. <3.

I don't know why this place gets a lot of hate / complaints. I go to this specific chicken express and every single time I go I get really good customer service. The food is always hot and fresh. They never mess up orders because they repeat your order back to you when you order. If you're in the mood for fried chicken I would definitely recommend this place
