So I was here in November on 11/11 for the free meal for service members. Food was good, but when I wanted to pay for additional food I ordered, I wanted to do so with a gift card I had and wanted to use up the remaining amount to tip with. When I was paying with the little machine at the table, I asked the waitress if I'm able to use the gift card for tipping because I wanted to tip with the rest of what's on there. She then takes the gift card and picks one of the percentage options listed instead of the custom option. Now I'm stuck with a gift card with only a few dollars, and it comes off like a shady business practice where I'm forced to come in a second time just to get the full use out of my gift card.

Very disappointed. I usually go here to get steak. The service was very accommodating however my steak was rubbery and dry I did ask for well done but usually when this restaurant makes my steak well done it’s still pretty juicy and easy to cut. They didn’t put any garlic butter on the side and they ran out of broccoli and gave me green beans without asking. I had to make a U-turn just to go back and tell them I don’t eat green beans so please sub it for another vegetable.

My burger tasted like it was left over from yesterday and rewarmed. My wife's was not the same.It was cooked and fresh. My bun was ice cold, so was my wife's very poor quality of food.Unlike most chili's. The people that worked there were more interested in socializing than working. Very poor service. We usually eat at chili at least once a trip.When we travel.

I’ve been to a few Chili’s Restaurants over the years. This one is quite possibly my favorite. The food is high quality, the staff is polite, and the place gives overall good vibes. The chicken bacon ranch quesadilla was excellent.
Ordered to-go and there was no one there to provide extra sauces.

I usually don't have bad experiences at Chili's and I enjoy coming here often with friends and loved ones, but this time service was extremely poor and very out of the ordinary. I went here on 10/30/25 at around 5:30pm and our waitress had tried to promote their Patron Marg in order for her to get more points for a staff prize system. We politely told her no and that we wanted to go with another drink instead because of the price difference, so she tried to sell us the chips and queso instead (which would also get her points). We kindly expressed multiple times that we weren't interested in the queso but she kept pushing us to consider ordering it if we weren't going to order the Patron Marg. We felt very pressured and believed that the chips and queso wouldn't be an expensive add-on to our meal, so we ordered it. When we paid for the bill, we found out that the queso was actually more expensive than the Patron Marg. We spent way more than we originally intended to because of her pressuring us to order items from the menu we stated we weren't interested in multiple times.

Chili's is a great spot for casual dining! 🌶️ Their sizzling fajitas are a must-try, and the Bottomless Chips & Salsa are addictive. The staff is always friendly, and the atmosphere is fun. It's a reliable choice for family meals or catching a game. Solid comfort food and great value! Definitely recommend!
