My favorite place to be! & bring my golden retriever! Halle and Claire are phenomenal and make the experience an absolute 100/10! They are the sweetest, so quick with service, check up on you often and can make the whole crowd I am with laugh ?

My buddy ordered food from yall last night and we came in to pick it up. In the 5 min it took us to leave our vehicle, grab the food, and return to our vehicle, yall had it towed. When we pulled in there 2 other available spots nearby. I don't know what kind of business yall run, but it doesn't seem like you have a good customer retention model set in place. Needless to say, we will never be spending another dollar here.To anyone else looking to come here, I'd recommend ubering in or having someone drop you off, because if you drive yourself your car won't be there when you get back.

Food is decent, good for a night out on the town. Severely problems I have: Staff started cleaning an hour and a half before closing and started cleaning the bar while people were trying to order. The staff also put away the drink rimmings and they were unable to salt a margarita. Why order a margarita if it doesn't have salt? Doesn't make sense!!!

The parking lot is incredibly dark, and on the chain link fence side, there is not a single sign saying parking for customers only. There is a guy in the parking lot just waiting for you to leave so they can tow you. Signage is NOT sufficient.

don't support this business. my friends and I (all of us college girls) looked for a place to park on University and found a spot in the lot next to Chimy's. we looked for tow zone signs and saw none, so we parked. when we returned we found our car had been towed. we went into the nearest business, Chimy's, and asked for help. the manager led us outside and pointed us to a sign on the other side of the parking lot, posted on the corner of the building and not lit at all. This was their sorry excuse for a tow zone sign. We were informed that they have an employee watch the parking lot all night with a camera to see if guests who park there go into Chimy's or a different establishment. we were not allowed inside and we're left outside in 25 degree weather as a fight among Chimy's customers spilled out into the parking lot. Again, we are college girls (from out of town), waiting for an Uber in the dark and the cold while grown men scream at each other. Two or three other groups of people found their cars towed in the 15 or 20 minutes we waited for our Uber. This is clearly a recurring problem that would so easily be fixed with a VISIBLE sign. It would not surprise me to find out that Chimy's and the tow service have some sort of deal. Any sort of business this shady is not one that deserves support. Good luck, Chimy's.
