Can’t imagine why anyone would want to go here with a better option right down the road. Ordered twice. First one was so salty I had a hard time eating it. It was the carne asada with guac and one of them were ridiculously salty. Got again today and the steak was gristly and fatty and the rice wasn’t cooked all the way. They can keep the rest of my gift card.

Food does not stand up to the test. Chipotle USUALLY has good quality control, but the manager of this establishment obviously sucks. His or hers employees are rude and have no idea how to be polite. I do not blame them. I blame their low wages, I blame understaffing, because I know these places run well when the staff are treated with respect and food is served with care. Neither of these things are happening here, so don’t support them with your $.

Consistency rude. Workers were complaining about customers not giving tips and the manager is mean to the staff

Always a great time at this Chipotle! Everyone treats you with care and they ALWAY fill our bowls to the brim, and then some!

Would have been 5 stars, but when no one greets you even if you're just picking up an online order it just makes you feel like just a number.

Terrible customer service. Drive the extra mile to go somewhere else versus being mistreated by staff. Lack of normal sense

I’m usually not one to complain, but something really needs to change. This is the second time I’ve come here since moving back, and the service has been terrible. If you’re in management, shame on you for consistently understaffing and not stepping in to address these issues. Unfortunately, nothing seems to get fixed because people keep lining up for mediocre food and poor service.

The staff either look miserable and take it out on customers, or they’re just flat-out rude and unprepared. Today was a perfect example. We arrived around 7 PM, right before the dinner rush. The staff were scraping the bottom of the rice pans instead of simply bringing out more rice. They were also out of tortillas and other options because they weren’t replenishing them.

We finally got our bowls, paid, and sat down. By then, a long line had formed. When I went to get a drink, I noticed there was no ice. I asked if I could get a couple of cups or if someone could refill it. The girl working in that area—who was refilling forks and wiping counters—told me no, they weren’t going to bring any for a while. When I explained that I had paid nearly $3 for a drink and would like ice, especially with it being 100 degrees outside, her response was: “Well, you pay for the drink, not the ice. If you want, get back in line for a refund.”

Every single person around me was upset about the same issue. It wasn’t an unreasonable request—it was basic customer service. Instead of handling it professionally, she chose to give me an attitude. To top it off, right before her shift ended around 7:30–7:45, she came over to my table to tell me they were putting out ice “just for me.” Then she got herself a cup with ice before walking out for the night. Clearly, even she wanted a cold drink.

This type of service is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on both the staff and the management allowing it to continue.

No ice, had to clean off our own table, no toilet paper/paper towels in the bathroom, food everywhere, and overflowing trash can. Management, where you at?!

8.4.2025 evening:
Walked in and walked right back out. Dirty, smelled bad, and the food looked like it was poorly stocked and not kept clean and fresh at all. Drove to the location down University right by A&M instead and had a lovely experience all around.
