I went during the bogo deal and i understand it was busy! After I was asked “anything else?” I asked for a side tortilla and was immediately mocked right infront of me. The worker said “why do people wait till the last minute” with a face and laughed with another coworker. I understand the frustration but for the next 3 minutes they laughed and mocked me and continued to make comments infront of me as if one comment wasn’t enough. The comments and jokes could’ve waited till after a shift or in the back but to laugh and mock a customer is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Ordered two bowls for 18$ the other one is just as bad, I came in a whole 30 minutes before 11 and they have literally nothing there and don’t tell you till after you are ordering. I should’ve walked out after seeing what they made. No veggies no queso no corn ran out of beans no vin-egret no actual portion size, they also just stare at you like they hate you the whole time
I went there for my queso reward and they obviously didn’t do or say anything

This place is iffy as it has been both good and bad. However, we have asked for double rice on multiple orders and they end up giving less than half of the regular amount. It's minor but I would like my bowl to be as accurate as possible. I understand this place is brand new with young workers(which is why I gave them 3 stars) but I do hope they will slowly get better.
(Edit): Got charged for double meat and they only gave me single(2 stars).
(Edit): Now they down one star since they wanna continue to forget sides on orders. Their solution: 2 free drinks smh nobody go there for drinks lol.
They were out of steak and vegetables at 7:00pm. Asked how long of a wait for veggies, and the guy was snarky about it. One of our chicken bowls had gristle. The other was fine.

Don’t order a salad after 5 pm if you actually want dressing to go on it! For over a year now, EVERY single time I have ordered after 5 they are always out of dressing! How hard is it to just make more if you know you run out before the dinner rush all the time???

When I told the server at this Chipotle location that I am severely allergic to gluten (celiac disease), she made a face at me like she was disgusted with me. The other employee who was working at the time started laughing, and I could tell he was making fun of her for having to deal with me. Extremely rude, and I was very wary of eating my meal, since I couldn’t be sure the risk of cross contamination was reduced after that reaction.

I was going through the line to get two to go bowls and there were a lot of people working on the line but it wasn’t that busy. One of the guys misheard me and the other made a snarky rude response about what I asked for and I corrected him kindly and apologized for the confusion and he rolled his eyes at me and said “yea okay”. Then the him and the girl next to him were asking for me to make both orders at once and were confused. The girl packaged it too early while I was still getting stuff for the bowl and when I apologized and said “oh I’m sorry I also wanted lettuce for that one” SHE ALSO ROLLED HER EYES AT ME. The woman checking me out was older and seemed like a manager so I mentioned that the people on the line were being a little rude and disrespectful and she said “yea that sucks”. Oh that’s so helpful!
For context I’m also pregnant right now and and this was just something quick to grab dinner because I haven’t been able to cook much lately. I only got it out of convenience and the staff was just extremely rude.

The last three times I’ve gotten chips from them they have been STALE. The portion sizes are ripoff especially if you want to get steak. All they’ll give you is half a spoon full and call it a day. Not worth the money. Go to a different location if you can.

I typically go to the Chipotle on University and Highway 6 which is fantastic, but this corporate owned store is lacking big time. Chips were stale. Chicken had little flavor and I couldn’t order the regular size quesadilla, only online.?. when I tried to order online. It kept pushing the pick up time 15 minutes later. Finally just ordered The kid size and three employees were having a discussion and I think forgot that it was on the press.

I don’t ever write reviews but this was frustrating. Our food was ready and they didn’t have it set out. We continued to wait for 20 minutes because no one would attend to us. It was in the back the entire time, even though we said we would be there in store. Service was terrible, no apologies, food was cold. Won’t ever order mobile again.

I love the drive through because it’s easy with kids but it’s NOT convenient to our house and EVERY SINGLE TIME our order is wrong. This location could literally mess up a cheese pizza order. Don’t even try to order two bowls in one order because they will both be an absolute mess of inaccuracy.

Since the students have been back they have been extremely stingy with the shredded cheese. Even when i pay for extra, i still don’t receive ANY extra. Disappointed.
