I order a pizza to go and went next door for a drink and came back to pick up my pizza unfortunately I don’t have a car so I waited in the booth for my ride . I decide to open my box and take a bit of the pizzza I bought and one of the cashier came up too me and told me I couldn’t eat the pizza I order Togo in the restaurant. I didn’t touch or go near the buffet I was just waiting in the booth for the ride which was like 10 mins away . I just put the haft slice pizza I did it back in the box and sat there . Maybe I was wrong for eating the food I order too in the restaurant but that is no policy I heard of and I didn’t think it was right

Firstly, I would like to state that I work in retail, and I understand things happen that are out of management’s control. I would also like to state that technology has its downs, and I am not one to argue with that. However, my experience at CiCi’s today with manager Johnathon, who was working the register the entire time, left a very bad taste in my mouth.
I went first and paid for my friend and me using Apple Pay. The transaction went through immediately. I had the charge and the money withdrawn from my account. However, the receipt didn’t print, and Johnathon said, “oh, it didn’t go through.” I showed him the charge on my phone, but he insisted it hadn’t processed. Then he said, “oh, the printer’s jammed,” and pulled out an old receipt from a previous customer. If that was the real issue, he should have noticed that the first time.
I told him the payment had come out of my account and that I didn’t want to pay again. He said, “well, this happens all the time, it didn’t take it out,” and blamed my bank. Despite having proof in front of him, he refused to acknowledge it, so I paid again just to move on.
After eating, I went back to ask about the refund he said I could get in a few days. I politely told him, “If this happens all the time, you might want to call and have someone come fix it.” He said, “well, actually, we can’t,” and continued to be rude and dismissive. When I asked how I was supposed to get my refund if their system only showed one charge, I had to ask him three times before he even answered.
He eventually said he’d “take a picture to cover us first,” but the photo only showed one transaction, not the two that were clearly taken from my account. He was more concerned with “covering” himself than helping a paying customer.
To top it off, when my best friend’s boyfriend calmly spoke up, Johnathon immediately backed away and raised his hands like he was being threatened, completely unprofessional behavior.
I was charged twice, and now I have to go through my bank to dispute it because this location refuses to take responsibility. If a manager admits that “this happens all the time,” it should be fixed not blamed on customers. I will not be returning to this CiCi’s until management, especially Johnathon, is replaced with someone who knows how to handle customer service respectfully and professionally.

My boyfriend and I frequent this Cicis location but this experience was terrible. Usually we have a fine time, but this time the pizza tasted weird, almost like the cheese was sour. We never ask for refunds, but this time we just felt it was better to go somewhere else and come back at a better time, especially considering they didn't have very much pizza out and we'd only eaten 1 slice between the 2 of us. The cashier was a manager, an older man with white hair, and he was very rude about my refund request. When I told him we simply didn't like the pizza after having only 1 slice, he insisted there was nothing wrong with it and told us to stay since they could make more pizza. I thought it was weird that he was getting so defensive about it and when I insisted that we weren't really wanting to stay, he told me he saw no reason to give me my money back even though I was very kindly asking for a refund. My boyfriend then helped me out and tried to explain that we like Cicis, we just thought the pizza tasted weird and we weren't trying to cause any issues, but the manager kept arguing with us and saying he didn't believe us. It was very very rude behavior, especially from a manager who should know how to act better than that, especially when we were being very understanding about it. After a few minutes of essentially having to beg for our money back, he very reluctantly handed it over, still arguing and ranting to us the entire time. When we grabbed the money we said thank you and he turned around and ignored us. Super disappointing experience and left a very bad taste in our mouths, figuratively and literally.

Me and my boyfriend love Cici's Pizza, and we stopped by this location for the buffet today. Almost immediately upon arrival, we were talked to very rudely by the cashier. He told us that we couldn't have our water bottle out, which isn't an issue, but he was incredibly rude and insistent about it. He repeated himself about 4 times in less than a minute even though we had clearly been trying to put it away.
Aside from that, we both ate a ton at the buffet and overall enjoyed our meal & experience. I personally always love the cinnamon rolls. I did notice that the pizza wasn't cut correctly so it was a little hard to grab a piece from the tray, but that's not a big deal. For two adults, we paid $28 which isn't bad at all.
After our meal, we decided to play some of the games. I spent $15 on the play card and we got a decent amount of play time. I LOVE claw machines, however I was sad to see that the machines at this location were a little hard to win. The Bryan location (just down the road) is a lot easier, not rigged much at all.

I been to plenty of cicis and this one is outstanding! I came twice two days in row and two different times and the quality is fresh. The customer service is outstanding. The manager Rick is running a smooth business and the staff is always focusing on quality. Jonathan and maryuri, I have to give a special shoutout to yall! Thanks for the amazing service and keep up on the food quality! Yall deserve more 5 stars!

It's kinda of the fast food version of pizza. But it's a wide selection and it's quick. Plus, you can order custom pizzas made to your specifications. A nice pizza buffet at a good price point. Works great for a quick stop and go spot for those pizza hunger cravings.

The service was spectacular, we were late eating and after two close by places waved us away saying they were closing, the manager here was extremely kind and made sure fresh pizza was out and went above and beyond to feed us. Much appreciated

This was only my second time visiting a CiCis Pizza. I was in Waco the first time and it was good but not as good as the College Station location. It was clean and there was always pizzas and bread sticks out.
