Clean Juice

They don’t know how to make juice. Asked for pineapple juice, received a pulpy frothy cup of blended pineapple. You need to juice the pineapple - press the juice out. It should be smooth and no pulp. The second attempt they did the same but blended ice in. A travesty to pineapple juice.

Weird that a place with Juice in the name can’t make juice.

Lady who made my order was extremely slow. My smoothie was watery and my friend and I’s sandwiches took her 15 minutes to make. Meanwhile the lady was on the phone the entire time and very distracted. Additionally the lady sneezed on our food and placed our bread directly on the dirty countertop. Very disappointed in this smoothie place that I typically love.

Yikes. Mold in the fridge where they store the app order pick up smoothies, could see the black spots and smell it. The next time I came for my door dash order (I gave them 40 minutes to make my bowl) they saw the order but didn’t realize it needed to be made “Sorry, my bad. We’ll start it now”. Silverware isn’t stocked. No efficiency at this store.

Honestly I am annoyed I even have to give this place 1 star. I’ve been here several times but definitely won’t ever be back. Came in today and they’re out of avocados, almond butter, and the juicer is broken? Point is those items are in just about everything on the menu. The girls working had NO clue what was going on. Also you can order a pick two online for pickup but can’t order that in the store. But you can sit in the shop and order online and choose a pick two that they’ll make and give to you. The smoothie and salad I ordered are both missing half the ingredients already and then the girl working came out to tell me she didn’t understand the order because she’s never even heard of a menu item- it was a dressing option for the salad (there were only 2 options). They were out of knives and it was an inconvenience to ask for a fork for my salad because there were none available. I ended up taking my order to go and they didn’t even give me dressing on my salad. The whole experience was ridiculous from beginning to end and the workers were extremely rude and probably need better training on customer service.

I placed an online order and whenever I got there it was closed. I wish they announced that on their app before I placed a large order. It’s been 5 days and still haven’t gotten back my refund. Overall I like their smoothies next time make sure to get there to make sure it’s open.

Went out of our way and it was closed. This has happened to us 3 separate times. I really want them to succeed as we love their food, but it is rough when you are consistently let down. One time we ordered online for pick up and showed up to it being closed, during business hours. Still haven’t received our refund. I would recommend calling ahead before making a special trip. If they are open go for it!

We arrived at 8:30 AM and they weren’t open. Even though their door sign and Google say open at 7am. Looking at other reviews apparently this happens often. Where is corporate?

App allowed me to place an order, but when I arrived to pick it up, they are not open. Number on their page is disconnected.

Closed two mornings in a row, are they permanently closed?

Don’t waste your time with trying to come here. Have tried coming several weekends in a row and the door is locked but all the lights are on. Just go somewhere else

Traveling through as we go to a cancer center and stopped at clean juice for lunch as I have food allergies, we got there at 11am and it wasn't open even though it said it was open at 9am in multi spots. Another person also tried as well.
