Breanna was phenomenal!!! We walked in and informed her that we had a child with a nut allergy. She immediately let us know of the process and that she would get fresh utensils and ice cream from the back. We have been to a ton of ice cream places and this was the first one to go above and beyond. Thank you so much for making it easy for us to enjoy a nice ice cream.

Maybe start with an apology. I worked in ice cream for five years, I know how it goes. Instead of defending yourself online, you have pest control come in.

Nasty female made my order. They ran out of an item but already charged me and didn't want to make me something in its place. Like, I am supposed to just give up my $9.50 and get nothing?Manager finally came out and took care of it.This person should not be working with people if she is so unhappy.

Very unimpressed with this visit to this location. First issue was we were not acknowledged for 5 minutes. Astile and the other employee were extremely rude. Finally another young lady came from the back and asked Astile if we had been waited on and Astile rolled her eyes. Second Astile gave my daughter her waffle cone with melted ice cream. Astile needs an attitude adjustment and needs to learn to not rolled her eyes at customers. I

Everything was really good! The cotton candy ice cream and the blueberry pineapple smoothie were great. I wasn't a huge fan of the raisin rum flavor. Cold stone is good for the classics, but they don't have a bunch of unique flavors.

was charged 2+ dollars for each 2 chocolate covered waffle cone add on but did not get refunded. instead got a receipt piece of paper that says sorry we are out of cones. ice-cream was sloppily dumped into small cups when paid for their largest sides. I spent 30 on door dash and cold stone to get two small sloppy cups of icecream

We love Coldstone! The young lady that took our order was super friendly. We visited the Round Rock location and it was delicious! Clean atmosphere and bathrooms!

I ordered on the app a like it and for it to be in the waffle cone with gummy bears. I called after waiting 15 mins after the time my order was supposed to be ready. To be informed by the girl that they no longer do curbside. Get my order and the cone was just thrown in rhe bag ice cream in the cup and no gummy bears. I will not be back !

The lady that helped get my order was super friendly! They made a mistake with my order and immediately fixed it with enthusiasm. They other hand the person that was working cashier seemed annoyed and short even when I’m trying to engage her to small talk and thanking them. Hope management can train them more. It’s not that difficult to be nice. All in all had a great experience. I got the new Reese flavor with more Reese’s. Love it.
