I waited for 20 minutes in line evils the worker got food for 5 employees who didn’t pay just to be told that I had to pay at the kiosk. I said I can’t because students don’t pay sales tax and there’s no way for me to do that on the kiosk. She said she can’t ring me up. I said fine and just did it on the kiosk and still ended up waiting another 20 minutes. (Also this is at 3:00 so it was dead in there)

Usually great, but had a piece of raw chicken in my bowl today. Very scary, hope this changes and they start using better cooked meats.
Was okay before, but now they’re stingy about portions. They were my go to before they changed their policies. Nowadays my bowls are small and they are no better than chipotle.
Customer service is very important to me. The first time I went here as a new student here at Texas A&M the cashier was very rude. He talked in a very low voice and would give off attitude when speaking to you. Today I decided to give this place a second try, and again the cashier was rude. As I asked if they still accepted retail swipes he respond back in a rude manner “ no just dinning dollars or credit”. He proceeds to ask something else in a low voice and I replied with pardon ? He goes off to give attitude and asked me what kind of bowl I had. There is no reason to give attitude in the first place whenever the customer ask if you could repeat what you said . You also have to keep in mind that you’re working in a place where there a lot of noise going on that if you generally speak in a soft voice you need to speaker louder.

There was an end of a zip tie in my burrito. Can’t make this up. I spat it out before swallowing it thank goodness. This is really unfortunate because I really like eating here but if something like this can get in my burrito I can’t imagine what else falls into their food. I’ve ate here close to 5 times a week for the past 2 years. Now I’m scared to even bite into a burrito made by them.

They accept meal swipes and make some pretty good quesadillas. Tastes very good, but is missing a little something. Their tacos are good as well, and go for a meal swipe!

They take 2 to 3 times as long for mobile orders as they estimate. Burrito was tiny. Scam.
