Not typically someone who leaves reviews, however my first ever experience at Costa Vida was unfortunately not a good one. Went with a friend to eat and during the ordering process our bowls ended up getting mixed up. When we both approached the counter to ask for our bowls to be remade, Cynthia, one of the workers was very short and rude with the both of us, and would cut us off when trying to explain the situation. She stormed off and made us feel like an inconvenience, drastically affecting our experience. However one of the workers Josh came and checked up on us. He was very sincere, apologetic, and incredibly understanding throughout this. Because of him I feel like I will give Costa Vida another shot, but Cynthia made me feel embarrassed and angry and like I was an inconvenience. #josh4president

Usually love Costa Vida, one of my favorite restaurants in CS. However, this time I picked up rather than dining in and my sweet pork quesadillas barely had any sweet pork. Still tasted alright but definitely not what we hoped for.

I love love eating here!! Food is so fresh and tasty ?! I highly recommend!Dietary restrictions: I know they follow strict gluten free diets. All you have to do is tell them that you need a gluten free meal and they will accommodate.

Worst customer service! My husband placed an order online, I went to pick it up as I was coming home from work. I went to the pickup order section and waited for someone, there was no one around. I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to pick it up on the back counter like the one I would go to back home? I picked it up and was immediately chewed out by two ladies, specifically one that was short and had glasses about to do a trash run. I tried to explain and she continued to chew me out and asked “if I was there to pick up an Uber,” I said, “No, my husband placed an order online, I’m here to pick it up.” I was so hurt with how I was treated, brought me to tears, I snatched my food and left. What an awful experience AND to top it off, our 4oz. tomatillo sauce was missing, very little chips in both bags we ordered and my burrito was made wrong!!!!!!!
I met the owners through TexAG this week and decided to check them out because they are a small family owned business. They didn’t let me down, my kids (who normally dislike Chipotle and Free birds) LOVED this place and even asked for seconds. Me and the wife were pleasantly surprised at the fresh all natural ingredients, we will most definitely be supporting this place regularly.

We were driving through town and craving Costa and stopped here. We love Costa and eat there almost weekly at home. This location was clean and the food tasted good, but WOW did they say no to every single thing we asked for. At our home location, we get chips as our side - they said this location was the only one that does not. We asked for pico as a topping but they charged me extra and refused to put it on the taco even at my request, saying it HAD to be in a cup. I asked for red salsa as a dressing and they refused, saying it had to be in a cup and would be extra. Even then, they would not fill those cups more than halfway. When I asked for her to fill it, she threw it away and got a larger cup and charged me more. If it was my first time eating at Costa, I would probably never go back. We couldn't get out the door fast enough. We love Costa but this location needs more of the TLC they advertise.

Delicious food. Excellent support for online ordering. We brought home. The tortilla soup was tasty; the tortilla strips that go with it were packaged in their own container so they wouldn't get soggy. Very nice!
