When I walked in, there was another rude customer who came in before me who demanded his tip back because the employees didn’t break company policy for him. The lady at the front (I can’t recall her name) handled the customer with such grace and kindness and was honest throughout the entire process, despite how rude she was to him. That is exactly the type of people that deserve to be shouted out and praised for their hard work and gentle spirit in spite of rudeness and hostility.
Crumbl Cookies has the best cookies by far in my opinion! They always come up with such creative flavors and never fail to disappoint. The workers are always so nice and it always smells so good when you walk in. I definitely will continue to buy from them. 🩷🩷
People and place are great! Very courteous, very friendly, always happy and upbeat, place is always clean and creates a happy environment. However, we find the cookies completely tasteless. They LOOK good, but the flavor is not there. Even when there is a detectable flavor, it’s very faint. Last night I tried the lemon glaze cookie and it tasted just like a bland sugar cookie.
