After having this happen for the third time in about a year i had to leave a review. Showed up to the store after tracker said pizza was complete, pizza was never made at all and only a sauce cup was offered and a consolation. Either their system is ruined or their employees can’t operate a service screen. Kinda insane that it’s happened so often
Unprofessional stealing ppl money online taking weeks to refund them be careful
Ordered a pizza during a busy time. They were honest and told me an hour. I called after 1.5 hours 2 check on the status & the rude, unprofessional manager said that the order got cancelled. When I asked who cancelled it bc my diabetic 85 yo father was waiting on the pizza.The manager said she had no clue how it got cancelled& didn't care enough 2 investigate the problem n their system. She said 2 go somewhere else since I didn't seem happy w/ Dominoes. I hope she doesn't represent what Dominoes believes 2 b articulate, intelligent managers that strive for gr8 service. Bc she failed miserable. I hope management is her career goal bc under pressure when she's busy she's rude, unprofessional & sends customers 2 other business. Not exactly Dominoes best representation I would think.
Yall be burning the pizzas man
Ordered delivery and an hour later I get a phone call they want to charge me again because my order was sent to the wrong store and I’d hope the other would refund me. Manger didn’t care to make it right at all and hung up on me. This is the fourth time they’ve completely messed up my order.
Domino’s has a solid environment here. I came in during a busy time, and even though they were slammed, the workers were still professional and kept me updated on my order. They handled the rush well and made sure I knew how long my pizza would take. Good service overall.
Asked to simply put Garlic Sauce on my pizza and the redhead lady said it couldn’t be done even though it’s been done COUNTLESS of times for me. I even told her there was no where to add that on the app and she gave a blank stare. Go anywhere else for competent workers:)

the past two time I have ordered it has taken over two hours and this time I called two time and both times I call they say 20-30 minutes and it takes way over an hour and they say that they cannot give me a real estamye

Order was late I called they said they were bringing it 5 to 10 minutes and it was a fresh pizza right out of the oven and it came back old Pizza that had been sitting a while and they re-cooked it so when we called in about it, the manager did give us credit, but he hung up on us very rude. We own a business and we don’t handle that with our customers at all. After a very hard day of work, we got pizza that was like cardboard very sad 😢 my family was expecting cheesy pizza we got burnt 😢

I placed an online order and showed up 15 minutes later. The workers didn’t acknowledge me and eventually told me the order wasn’t ready. Then they randomly disappeared into a back room for ten minutes. A delivery driver returned, checked the orders, and told me my pizza was not even made yet. Please remember that this is a Dominos Pizza😹

Got the wrong order asked If it was the right one ans they said yea when it wasn't foods good besides today tho it was 2 pizzas also waste of 23 dollars

Second time having issues with this location so won’t be returning. Upon arrival my order couldn’t be found, reason being it hadn’t been made. I asked if it had been put in the oven yet to which the VERY rude male employee (who’d i’d assume to be a manager) responded “it’s about to be”. Canceled order due to the poor customer service. The lady that originally greeted me was very polite I must add.

It is very unfortunate that the management at Dominoes on Harvey Road is not as good as the pizza! It is disappointing that Dominoes would put someone in management who is rude to the customers and knows very little about good customer service. In addition, this particular manager sets a poor example for the other employees.

They forgot to give me my dipping sauces, I called them, and the very first thing they’d do is blame me for not double-checking. Sure, I could have and probably should have, but not really the first thing I’d expect to hear from sb that is actually at fault.
