Dutch Bros Coffee

I frequent this Dutch Bros location at least 3 times a week, and they definitely make the best drinks out of all the BCS locations. They’re also extremely friendly and nice. Today I went through and redeemed a free medium drink with points, and then went next door to the car wash. While cleaning my car I dropped my practically full drink and it all spilled. When I finished I went back to Dutch Bros, ready to purchase a new one. The girl working the window recognized me and when I explained why I was back so soon, they gave me a replacement drink free of charge! Made my day.

I went to this place with my girlfriend doing the sticker hunt event, was told I had to buy 2 items to get stickers. This guy expects us to go to 5 different dutch bros and buy 2 things each time? No thx. Every other dutchbros was cool about it so shout out to all the other dutch bros!

I did not get her name but the young girl at the window in a Dutch Bros. sweat shirt has excellent customer service skills. She was so friendly and made us feel very welcomed and very glad we went to Dutch Bros. Kudos to her! We'll be back!
