I went there for the first time, asked about a drink and the employee had no knowledge about it, then I ordered and asked for the nutritional facts because I'm diabetic they did not have it not did they cared to look for it. Never going back

Great options and the Baristas assist with selection something I really like. Love their hot chocolate drinks. They have so many options not coffee. They even have energy drinks (Rebel) that is good by itself or in a drink.

The name is Tyson. I had a massive day ahead with many different tasks ahead, one of them being an interview. My thought process was let me go get some coffee from the trusted and always friendly Dutch Bros. I did this so I could get a burst of energy and feel ready to be a winner thanks to the caffeine. However, I was ready to go because of another reason...I placed my order, the always reliable iced golden eagle, paid, and everything was normal; nothing spectacular. Then, I pull up to the first, last and only window to get my caffeinated beverage where I am greeted by the most welcoming lad. This lad had the upmost respect and treated me like the MVC (most valuable customer). I told him I needed his name so I could write this review because he was that good at his job. It seems simple, but this man got me ready for a big time interview which in turn led to a successful interview. Tyson deserves a raise, the right to wear sunglasses inside, free Dutch for the rest of his life and a special golden shirt. The whole staff is great but if you get Tyson at the window, you'll know it. Go to this Dutch to get your day started the right way. Knock your day out with Tyson, not Mike... just Tyson from Dutch. Don't go to the Dunkin right next door, sorry Dunkin.

Today's promotion was dog day, with bandanas and pup cups, after 3pm. Got there at 3:42pm, huge line, and of course by the time they took my order, they were out of bandanas, and said it was from 3pm-4pm. Which is not what was advertised! And I did the math, and if they were out of bandanas by this time it means that each location was only issued about 50 bandanas to give away. Bait and switch? Because their promo caused at least 100 more customers than normal. And this is only one location!! ? ?.
