Einstein Bros. Bagels

The best staff, they always make my day! Very comfortable seating, and I love studying here.

Had to wait 30 mins for a bagel and that wasn’t even the worst part. It took 5 mins for someone to even take my order and there were employees who saw me waiting while they just continued with whatever they were doing. Awful experience made it very uncomfortable and wasted my time. Will NOT be going back.

Ms Brandy is so kind and always brightens up my day. They make really good bagels and have a lot of other treats as well.

The hash browns are way too expensive for their size. They need to make bigger ones or start putting several in each order.

Very busy! The area manager, Ms. Brandi, is the nicest, has wonderful customer service skills, and has sharp business acumen.

I’m writing this as of 6/12/24. Just wanting to know what the store hours are. We were visiting the area and discovered via Google Maps there was an Einstein Bros. In College Station. Drove by, but when attempting to enter found that the doors were locked. According to Google, they are open for business, and according to the QR Code which stated “scan for business hours” they were supposedly open for business. At this point, we would just like to know if they’re still open in general? Could they be closed for Summer? Do you have to have student/staff access to purchase food from the establishment? Is there a customer service phone line? My wife and I really love Einstein Bros. and look forward to visiting one, which is the nearest to where we currently live. Can anyone provide further info?

got my shake wrong twice in a row and made me wait thirty minutes. the order isnt even complicated, it’s straight off the menu with no mods.

These folks respected the shmear once, but have fallen out of favor. Let a brother get a 1/2lb of cream cheese on the bagel, cuz.

Mobile order said it would be 2 minutes, been waiting for almost 20 with no options for a refund. There's numerous people waiting for their orders and there seems to be no sense of urgency when making orders.

The staff and place is great. Busy hours is 9 to 10 am . The Green Chile Bagel is the best.

Definitely my favorite spot to eat on campus! You can use retail swipes for bagels, sandwiches, coffee, pastries and more. The staff are so friendly and remember customers. Amazing service every time!

1. It’s too expensive2. Their drive thru takes too long3. They hardly ever get my order right and when they do it’s cold

The menu listed a price 20% lower than what I was charged. When I asked the staff to try to update the menu they argued with me about it. Got to work to find that they had given me completely the wrong order. Will not return, even on this campus there are better options.
