The food we ordered was wonderful. The kids enjoyed it. I had not been to a Fazolis in like 15 years and this was my children's 1st time there and they where completely out of bread sticks. That was extremely disappointing. But other than that everything was good.

You know what makes really overcooked pasta worse? Dry pasta. My spaghetti looked like it might have seen a tomato in the kitchen. It certainly didnt get enough of it to make the pasta anything more than a solid white lump of starch with tentacles. The chicken parmigiana was okay.
10 o’clock and the doors are locked even though it says they’re open until 11 PM 🫤

I ordered the chicken carbonara and specifically ordered it without bacon because of religious purposes of not being to able eat pork. Everything in my order came with bacon and we were unable to eat anything in the large $170 order. I spoke with a cashier about getting a refund and they said I would receive a call from a manager later about this, however I still have not received a phone call or any information on a refund for my incorrect order. I am very disappointed with the service i received.
