Food was good and service was good. But as I was standing there waiting for my food I saw 2 roaches crawling around the sign by the counter. As a guy that has worked in pest control I know for a fact that there aren't just 2 german roaches ever. Kinda pointed me in a different direction after seeing that.

I'm usually a fan of Firehouse Subs, but my recent visit was a major disappointment. The manager, TJ, was incredibly unprofessional. They were rude to customers and seemed to create a tense atmosphere for the staff. It's a shame, as the food is usually good, but I won't be returning with management like that.

Great service and great sandwiches! We ordered a large catering order for work. Dan delivered our sandwiches early since it was a game day so they didn't chance it being late. He also labeled everything so it was easy to get everyone the sandwich they ordered. Dan was super friendly and helpful, we will definitely order again!
