I ordered a medium steak and cheese sandwich, expecting a 7-8” lunch that would be filling enough. To my horror, I was brought the tiniest most pathetic sandwich I’ve had at any restaurant in my life. Real humiliating for a shop that supposedly specializes at sandwiches. It tasted fine, not great, for all 4 bites of it. Will never be returning to any firehouse location.

The warm and welcoming atmosphere really stood out to me! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in, and the food was absolutely delicious—especially the meatball sandwich. I also appreciated how clean and well-maintained the restaurant was. It felt like a place where people truly care about both the food and the customer experience.

My sandwich was covered in bits of grease and random ingredients that weren’t supposed to be on it. Serious lack of cross contamination education for the employees. It seems they don’t change their gloves or clean their knives in between making sandwiches. It’s a shame because I couldn’t eat my sandwich and firehouse is rather pricey. I recognize this won’t be a problem for everyone. But I prefer health and safety to be a priority when I’m eating out.
