No one greeted and let me stand there and stared while they cleaned amd didnt take my order.

We are in 2025 and people are still rude about allergies. The woman wouldn’t even confirm she heard my gluten allergy and seemed irritated. I’m on a road trip and people with allergies have to eat too.

Tried to go grab a burger while I had my 30 minute lunch break and they took 25 minutes to prepare one burger and one small fry. There was only two other guests in the dining area. Definitely do not have a concept of time or speediness.

Definitely a good burger, but grossly overpriced. I ate at In-N-Out earlier in the day and got a Double-Double, Hamburger, fries and a drink for $14. I went here got one burger and a drink for $18. The quality and taste was equal at best. Like I said good burger, way over priced.

They gave me food poisoning. Horrible management and no accountability.

I’ve been a general manager/district manager in the food industry for 20+ years, haven’t seen such a huge successful opportunity go to waste at the hands of their current staff.

I called it years ago, this staff has no business running not even a banana stand let alone a burger joint. Get out of here with that crazy rude service and food poisoning

What I’ve come to expect from Five Guys - great fast food with an over abundance of fresh hot fries. My only knock on this chain is the ridiculously high prices for what you get. $35 for a burger, hotdog and shared fries with 2 drinks??? WOW!!

We went it for a quick lunch a little past rush hour. The place was clean and all the people we encountered were friendly. Our food came out quick and was fresh - including the fries so all-in-all a good experience.

A super clean restaurant that serves great food. Service was with a smile and topped it off with a fabulous shake. Went twice in two days.

Ordered on the app ahead of time and picked up the food to go. It was hot and fresh. No complaints.

Bag fries are the best nobody does it better

Damn closest burger to In &Out I can find in B/CS. The fries AMAZING and properly salted!

Well I paid for a Bacon cheeseburger and had no bacon and it was so many jalapenos on it it like wow!
