I bought two chaufa rice and they were practically empty, the food service it’s even less satisfying

The Arroz Chaufa w/Pork was so good and a large serving.

The Tallarin with Spinach sauce was delicious.

So delicious!! We ordered the tequenos, the tallarin a la huancaina, and the ceviche de mariscos. It was all fantastic and I really love the tallarin a la huancaina! It's like a more seasoned spicy alfredo/mac and cheese.

They also have an awesome selection of homemade ice cream using different South American fruits! We tried the lucuma ice cream and WOW WOW WOW!!!! I might have to inquire about buying a whole tub of that ice cream somehow lol.

I highly recommend this place and I'll certainly be back, especially for more of that lucuma ice cream YUM.

sent my husband to get take out to fill a craving. i am so frustrated... we live 25 minutes away. get home and im missing sauce. not a cheap meal to mess up. tried calling no one answers. also, much smaller take away portion.

I ordered pollipapas from DoorDash. They literally sent me nuggets and fries.
This is humiliating as a native Peruvian. I could’ve gone to chik fil a if I wanted this.
I also ordered a jalea with tons of sauce and it didn’t even arrive. I have all this sauce for
nothing.

The food was amazing! I wasn't very sure about the place and wanted to leave because it was so hot, they don't have air conditioning. The whole place was sweating. We decided to stay and didn't regret it.

Fusion Peru is our family’s favorite restaurant! Something for everyone from my very picky teen to my foodie husband. The food is unique and more importantly delicious!! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, our experience at this Peruvian restaurant was disappointing. While the staff was friendly, the food failed to impress. We ordered the chicha morada, which lacked freshness and flavor. The papa a la huancaina was a letdown, with cold potatoes that seemed to be leftover from the previous day. The tallarín a la huancaina was excessively spicy, which wasn't indicated on the menu. When we brought this to the server's attention, he simply laughed and apologized. To make matters worse, the wait time for our appetizer was unreasonably long, and we noticed that later arrivals received their food before us. Overall, a disappointing experience that didn't meet our expectations.
