Be weary of this business! I ordered online on a Wednesday as they are listed to be open and processed my payment for my order. I received a text confirming my online order, but when I arrived, they were closed. I called several times over the next few days, but they do not answer the phone. I left voicemails providing my order information and requested a refund for the meal they charged me for and never provided, but they have done nothing to address this. They have left me with no other option than to dispute the charge as they fail to rectify the situation after several attempts to contact them. I would be skeptical ordering from a place that conducts business like this.

Fusion Peru offers a solid dining experience with some clear highlights and a few areas that could be improved. The food had good flavor and presentation, and you can tell care goes into the dishes. Some items really stood out, while others felt more average than expected.
The atmosphere was pleasant and the restaurant was clean, making it a comfortable place to dine. Service was friendly, though at times it felt a bit slow or inconsistent, especially during busier moments.
Pricing is on the higher side, and while the quality is there, it didn’t fully match the price point across the board. Overall, it’s a decent spot worth trying, but with some room for improvement to make it a standout experience.

What a hidden gem in college station. I’m Peruvian and the ceviche is pretty darn good! My son the tallaríns verdes which was super good too! They were out of diet Inca Cola unfortunately when I was there. Give this place some love, it’s sooooo good!

Definitely making this THE MUST STOP on our way to grandma’s house. Delicious food and service was so attentive! Of course the kids loved all the ice cream options. The chicken soup reminded me of home and the tamale was *chef’s kiss*

I was so excited that I found this restaurant while on my business trip. This plate was absolutely delicious and I’ll be back one more time before I leave.

We enjoyed the food. What was even better was the amazing service provided by the ONE young lady working the front of the house! She said she's usually not alone, but she did her best to provide the best service she could. Thank you!

It can be pricey if you order a lot, bur god the food is great. Really unique dishes all around. I like the tuna casa rellena a lot, with the machu pichu burger. I also like how refreshing the fruit juices taste on a hot day, and their icecreams are really unique. I think they make them in-house? Great place for warm days. Definitely reccomend.

I think this is going to be our place for the future. The food, service and atmosphere is top notch. Fresh to order dishes, steaming hot and absolutely delicious is the word to describe their food. We tried their Chaufa de Mariscos rice and their Ceviche de Mariscos. Both prepared with care using the freshest ingredients. The preparation was great and the dish looked great. One word of caution is on the Chaufa rice the serving is enormous like 4 people can eat from that plate and I have a big appetite but this was huge. The Ceviche good for one person and you will be stuffed. We also tried their Tamarindo and Chicha morada juices and very refreshing and fresh. The do have a lunch menu from 11am to 3pm good selection and cheaper prices. Overall a great experience and will be back when in town. Come and check them out and support your local businesses.

Service was great by the waitress, the food was okay until I found a hair in my plantain. The meat from chaufa was very hard to chew. In addition, I found another hair in my chaufa mixed within the rice. I am very disappointed and disgusting. I had to leave 80%of the food behind from the chaufa plate. The plantain was deducted from the ticket when I showed the hair to the waitress. The hair from the chaufa plate was also pointed out to the waitress, but I still went ahead and paid for it. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Absolute legend of a restaurant. My family lived in Peru for several years, and this restaurant here in town is a big nostalgia source for us. Their food is SO good: I especially love their sauces like that drizzle for the Lomo Saltado with beef. A family owned restaurant, with decor, music, and a friendly atmosphere. Get a chance, say hi to Mrs Pilar, the owner. She'll love that!
