Moved to town a few months ago, tried about 6 different taco trucks. This one is right down the road from where I work so I try to hit it for lunch every day. They are fantastic. The tacos, the quesadillas, everything is fantastic. Five stars all day long/

Awesome authentic vegan Mexican food that I didn't expect to stumble upon while staying here. Vegan breakfast burritos were great. The salsa is ?! Definitely a must if you're in town looking for vegan/vegetarian options.

This place is amazing!!My partner and I just tried them for the first time today and it will be going on our regular list.The thing that drew me in was their huge assortment of vegan items. They also have regular meat/cheese items for those that prefer that.Today I had the vegan chicken taco and vegan papas con carne burrito. My partner had the regular beef burrito.It came with our choice of salsa and a small packet of limes.My partner said his burrito was one of the best ones he has had.The vegan items were all super flavorful and well balanced, the ability to squeeze fresh lime and an assortment of salsas really took everything to the next level.If you are in the BCS area and are vegetarian or vegan then you know we don't have a ton of good options. Green Taco changes that. They even have vegan breakfast burritos with just egg!All in all great experience and can't wait to go back for more.Also the person taking my order was super kind and patient with me, and another +1 for whomever's car was parked right next to the trailer for the deftones and tool stickers. Excellent music choices :)
