We had dinner here the other day and our server Seth went above and beyond! He kept our glasses filled and made sure we had everything we needed. Truly a great experience. Me and my family will definitely return!

Consistently good food. Friendly and efficient waitstaff. Love to get their chicken soup and freeze it for a busy night. Hearty and healthy soup! Love the waitlist option.

We are 'Insiders' and LOVE College Station Gringos, eating here almost every Sunday! Our favorites are Beef enchiladas with Poblano sauce or the Pacifico Shrimp. I get their yummy side salad with Margarita dressing. My husband loves the beef quesadillas!
We do their 'call ahead' when leaving church and rarely wait! BUT we are only 2 people! Our server today was Alisa and she is excellent! Thankyou for this wonderful restaurant only a few minutes from our home!

We were seated super quickly. The server was just not very good—I had to ask for silver ware 3x and she added food we didn’t even order. No one ever refilled our chips and salsa. But the food was good and the margarita tasted fresh. The inside of the restaurant was super cute and clean. Nice to get free ice cream at end.

I remember the Ybarra restaurant chain as El Torro in LA Porte, Texas. They sure have grown! Excellent service and cuisine. Their chips are the best!!

Shout out to the waiter Romero was great. Positive attitude and glasses stayed full. Food was fresh and hot. Best Gringos hands down!!!! College Station. Waited 1 1/5 hours to be seated. Worth the wait!!
