Gringo's Mexican Kitchen {College Station}

I had the Pollo Mexicana and it was the bomb! This was only the second visit here but it was GREAT!!

Food was delicious and the service was remarkable. Every waitress/waiter was courteous and respectful. The restaurant was jam packed but the service was still top notch. Kudos to a very well run business.

Parking: During peak times the parking lot fills up so you have to park in a separate lot in the same mall area. Still not bad though.

Omg!!!.... the food is awesome!!! Just had lunch and oooohhh my!!! The bangin' Shrimp Tacos were to die for Pollo Mexicali.... perfect heat and everything else.... it was yummy!!!

No service. Sat at the bar and we had to ask for everything, even the check. The girl just wanted to flirt with her coworkers. Not returning.

Hostesses at the door and on the phone are rude, food was cold, presentation was bad and it took a long time to get it to the table. Tables are too close, people elbow you and push you as they sit down or move around. Parking is another problem, you better come prepared to drive in circles for 15 minutes before you find a spot. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT.

I love coming here and I never hesitate to bring family/friends because I know the food caters to everyone’s tastes. Harrison is an excellent server very prompt and efficient! He always makes my dining experience delightful!

Manager was told about the mix up of my order. They said no worries you can pick it up the next time your in. They overcharged me for the wrong order but then when it was time for the reimbursement they pretended like they never spoke with me over the phone. I really loved it here family ate out there once a week. But the moment we decided to do a call in. We got disappointed...it was the lack of integrity that was disappointing.

Great vibe and exciting family atmosphere. Good food presentation. Unfortunately, taste and flavor wasn’t there. Our serve did a great job. Very attentive and courteous, great job recommending products.

Free ice cream is very tactical and strategic move to win customers. Good job!
