My sister cut her tongue on a piece of glass she drank in a margarita. The management was abysmal in how they responded and acted like it was not a big deal.
Waited and hour for lunch on a Monday had one beer . Waited another hour for food and was told the restaurant on serves 2 beers per person by a manager that had no idea what she was doing the girl was clueless. Will never be back , horrible service horrible wait Sub par food yuck no

The place was very clean, the staff was very attentive and friendly, we were a very large group and they served us quickly, everyone at the same time, excellent service. The sauces were very delicious, especially the green one, I loved it, tortilla chips, drinks, seasoning of 10!

I wish the fountains one had the cooks in college Station. I ordered my usual lunch plate and OMG.it was so much more favorable. Not sure what was being done differently but WOW. Right off why 6 in college Station., you got to go.A hour drive no biggie. You do that driving across town here. Ty to the crew for a perfect lunch. God bless yall

From the sauce/chips to our food everything was wonderful. Hannah who we had as our waitress was amazing!! Hanna made our first time at Gringos great. She exceeded expectations of her services she provided, we will definitely be coming back. I would recommend everyone to go and give Gringos a try if they already haven’t.

LOVE GRINGOS. foods great and so is the service!! definitely recommend using the waitlist though if you plan on going, especially if you have a bigger party. but i used it recently for a party of two and only had to wait less than ten minutes for our table to be ready! overall, great place and great Mexican food so if you haven’t tried it yet, definitely do so!!
