Harvest Coffee - Caprock

Sunday morning coffee and breakfast plan didn't work out so well. Kind of busy, but not crowded. Took 30 minutes (we timed it) to get the coffee for dining in -- including one that was just a drip coffee. Coffee wasn't good. Beignets were the only thing we had that was ... other food was meh. Place is generally confusing -- apparently there are two separate restaurant businesses there and they had three menus. There are better places to go in CS.

AMAZING COFFEE, however the music was headbanger type. I love most types of music but this is not conducive to conversation and a relaxing atmosphere for conversation. I don’t know if the employees put in their own type or if this music is per management? I will definitely be back but just wanted to make the owners aware.

This place is a disaster. We waited 20 minutes on a Saturday morning for a hot cocoa. The floors were sticky, they are crazy understaffed, and the drink was disgusting. A gritty, room temp mixture of God knows what kind of milk and their terrible cocoa mixture was so bad I wouldn't let my daughter drink it, which was a fun treat. I'm genuinely shocked that this is in any way affiliated with the Harvest coffee shop in Bryan.

I wish they cared about this location as much as they care about the other locations. Service here is always lackluster and they’re always understaffed. It’s the only decent coffee near here so I keep going, hoping it will improve. I came here to read last week and the server was watching loud videos on his phone the whole time? Today I waited at the drive through for more than five minutes before finally going to the window and knocking. What a bummer.

One of the ladies left after 45 mins without her food. It was delivered to our table 30 minutes after she left. One young lady never got her coffee until I went back to the counter to ask for it. this was a good 30 minutes or more after she had ordered and received her food. As long as the business was not busy, all was well, but when it got busy, my goodness, total chaos. I am a previous full service restaurant owner. There was one young lady that I observed that was working her tail off. She was taking orders, bussing tables and delivery food. I think I am spelling her name right, but it was Araelsi. I have never met her before in my life, but I commended her to her face. I am an 81 year old woman and I know the struggles that business are having trying to hire good help. This location could have a booming business, but it desperately needs an in-place manager.

This local coffee shop has three locations- all of which are fantastic! The coffee is the best in town and the food is fresh and wholesome. I always try to support local businesses and this one is the best!

Went there to meet a friend for coffee. Ordered an iced mocha that was delivered very fast. Calm atmosphere, plenty of tables both inside and outside

Staff was extremely friendly! I got a dirty chai and it was strong (I love it that way!) I read here for about 30 minutes and it was enjoyable since there was nice music playing and not too many people while I was there in the morning . The atmosphere is very welcoming and cozy.

I still wish the had caramel, honey doesn't quite do it for the cold brew. Maybe a pure maple sweetener could work here.

Coffee was average. However could not really enjoy it due to the filthy conditions of the actual place. Keeping a place reasonable clean may be hard work but it is not complicated. Invest in a broom and use it. I looked around and it was not as though they had a big rush and were just behind. The food crumbs and trash on the floor and under equipment had been there for days maybe weeks. Actually they may need to shut down and do a deep clean. Won’t be back and so glad I did not order any food. I can only imagine how the kitchen looked.
