AMAZING COFFEE, however the music was headbanger type. I love most types of music but this is not conducive to conversation and a relaxing atmosphere for conversation. I don’t know if the employees put in their own type or if this music is per management? I will definitely be back but just wanted to make the owners aware.
I wish they cared about this location as much as they care about the other locations. Service here is always lackluster and they’re always understaffed. It’s the only decent coffee near here so I keep going, hoping it will improve. I came here to read last week and the server was watching loud videos on his phone the whole time? Today I waited at the drive through for more than five minutes before finally going to the window and knocking. What a bummer.
One of the ladies left after 45 mins without her food. It was delivered to our table 30 minutes after she left. One young lady never got her coffee until I went back to the counter to ask for it. this was a good 30 minutes or more after she had ordered and received her food. As long as the business was not busy, all was well, but when it got busy, my goodness, total chaos. I am a previous full service restaurant owner.
