didn’t get her name but her customer service is AWFUL, me & my friend we’re going for ice cream with my nieces & we were not greeted!! Not only that when she rung us up she just stood there didn’t say the total like regular cashier would she showed no expressions through out the entire time we were in the store she was completely unprofessional.

I like to go here since they have tons of variety. The price is usually much higher than other stores, and sometimes it is more than 2x. I love the chocolate they have, but it’s expensive too.

First time I went to a chocolate shop in BCS, I got half a pound of the vanilla creams and a mocha and a Sunday. The chocolate seems to be either low quality or it’s stored with to many different flavors because the vanilla cream still had a fruity flavor to it.

They have a wide selection of candies, ice cream, snacks and novelty drinks. Prices are INSANE. Do not go here if you're thinking of graduate school, because chances are, you can only afford one or the other. It's a fun place to visit if you're in the area and have disposable income, though.

We have finally had a great experience at the College Station location. This store was really great over 4 years ago but then went downhill and stayed that way (main thing was extremely rude employees). Willow was really amazing and we would like to say thank you for the great experience. SHE SMILED!!!!!! She was very attentive, polite, helpful, etc. GREAT JOB WILLOW!!!!

If I could give this establishment a 0 for poor customer service, horrendous customer service, in fact, I would. We went in tonight (Sat. 10/21) around 7:45 to 8 PM. Keep in mind, I have never been to Hey Sugar before either so I didn’t know what to expect. I ask the girl at the counter how much 1 of the items were and she rudely says “I literally don’t know like I would have to weigh it to even know” and I say okay (she seemed very defensive about this simple question) and I ask if she thought the 1 tiny piece of candy would be more than $2 and she says no. So, I bring the item to the counter and she weighs it and proceeds to tell me it would be more than $3 for ONE chocolate rock. I tell her I’m not interested in it anymore because it seems ridiculous to pay that for one small piece of candy, and she literally says to me “What? You don’t have $3?” First of all, how dare you ask someone that? That is so far out of line. Her face and tone were FULL of judgement. And second of all, what if I or anyone else didn’t have $3 to spend on the 1 piece of candy? She said we had to buy it, and I really didn’t want to because of how rude she was, but my boyfriend is the kindest person on the planet and just offered to pay for it. But seriously, think about how you treat others and how your words affect people because you cannot make it very for in life if you continue to act this way and be disrespectful (and BLATANTLY RUDE for no reason????). DO BETTER.
