This was my first time visiting, and I was genuinely looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. While the place was a bit busy, that doesn't excuse the poor service we received. We noticed that food and drinks were being brought out for people who arrived after us, which was frustrating. I ordered a coffee with boba, but it was served without any boba,and I was still charged for it. On top of that, a Sprite was added to my order that I never asked for. My friend caught it on the screen, after I let the cashier know I’d be paying in cash. She came across as unfriendly, which made the whole interaction worse. Overall, I expected much better and left feeling disappointed. I hope they improve their service and attention to detail.

If you are craving an authentic bowl of Vietnamese pho in here this is definitely the place to go the broth is rich and flavorful you can tell its been simmered for hours to get that deep traditional taste the beef is tender and well cooked and the noodles have just the right texture everything is fresh from the herbs to the bean sprouts and it all comes together perfectly it really reminds me of the pho you would find in Viet Nam comforting satisfying and full of flavor i will be coming back for more
