The people are very nice, the food is good quality most of the time, and the speed is terribly slow. I've gotten burnt food once, and every time I've waited quite a while for my food. The customer service has been nice every time, it's just the wait.
Waited in drive thru line after ordered for 10-15 minutes...fries were cold, ordered medium and got small. Not sure what I was charged for, didn't get a receipt. The burgers were fine. Drinks ok.
Fredric was a great employee great manager with great service . I’ve been to this jack in the box a lot of times but this time he excelled and was great. This guy deserves a raise
