Ordered online for a regular turkey sub Extra meat Picked up order ($18.00) fine Walked out unwrapped my sandwich and was clearly regular meat. Walked back inside and asked the girls at the counter if they forgot extra meat and they said no that is extra meat. So I went and got my wallet and stood in line and ordered another sandwich the same and literally slices of meat cut paper thin. So I paid for another sandwich only($12) and combined the meats While waiting in line I saw all three girls one by one whisper to each other that I was back in line As if they told each other I was a problem Instead they could have resolved the situation These places need more management on duty to emphasize on customer satisfaction

This is the first time I've ever had a Jersey Mike's sub. The employee was so sweet giving me suggestions of their best hot subs. I chose the Philly Cheese Steak sub and Ohhhhh, my goodness it was still hot and fresh when I got home. The rosemary bread was wonderful, and it was loaded with meat, peppers, and onions, and the cheese was so oooey gooey good. I loved it. No pun intended, but it was like Subway. Who? ? I totally recommend Jersey Mike's!!!!

I had a to-go order for five people; before we left, we checked everything, and four items were missing. They had to get a manager to approve giving me my missing item.
This place is total chaos. Stopped for lunch. 35 minutes for 1 Sandwich.And the absolute worst unforgivable situation there was a person in street clothes wandering through the back kitchen. She is either an off work employee or a friend of other employee. The only saving grace is the food is usually good
