I went to Jersey Mikes, and typically, they are fantastic. However, this time the sandwich was cold, and the pricing seemed a higher than normal. I was using a discount, and it never took the discount off, even though they confirmed that it did, multiples times. It was $23 for a sandwich, they added a $3.75 charge for pepperoni on a sandwich. It may have been a bad experience this one time, because they are normally pretty good!

Today I came in for the first time and was super confused and overwhelmed. Luckily, Amani (a star worker) was there and guided me through the menu and explained the Jersey Mikes Way and culture. He was kind, conversed with me, and made my experience amazing. HE WILL MAKE YOU A GREAT SANDWICH AND MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE A REAL PERSON!!! Here’s to many more subs!! Thanks AMANI!!!

Joe was an AMAZING, warm and sweet manager! He took GREAT care of my family as First Timers💕🦋❤️!!! The store was EXCEPTIONALLY clean, and the air was Filtered!

Can we get the employees to stop jumping over the deliveries and get them out as soon as they get them? I got my offer when I was off of Holloman and Wellborn waited about 15 minutes to get the order once at the store. I watched customers come into the door get the food and leave. And I'm waiting to get the order there's a young gentleman kind of short facial hair has a bleached hair. He acted like he didn't care about what I asked to be done that was too expedite the order get it out. We as delivery drivers are trying to make money not sit around and wait for employees to skip orders.
