Never been here before. It was my first time, & i work in the food industry so I just wanted to leave a review. It’s Thursday 27th at 12:52pm. The staff is absolutely amazing and so kind and helpful. This is the best sub sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. Great employees!!

Sophia was so rude rolling her eyes the entire time. On her phone talking crap and just overall had the worst attitude about it. Hector was so incredibly nice took our order didn’t complain was the nicest. Shout to to him !!!

Hector was amazing so nice even though they were closing.
Sophia on the other hand, so rude had the worst attitude, was huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes the entire time we were there. We almost didn’t even order because of how unwelcomed we felt.
Shout out to hector and the guys in the back though!

Ordered doordash and specified white bread and it says that in the receipt but the sandwich has bread with cheese

Love jersey mikes and have been eating them for years now, so no fault to the corporation but it’s the people you guys hire who makes the experience poor. If the pos system is erroring and the customer is looking for guidance on next steps, please do not start conversing with your coworkers until said issue is resolved

Incompetent. Second time, gave them another chance - yet again my number 8 had ham and cheese and literally nothing else. No mayo, no salad. Nothing. I even added extra pickles and banana peppers. This isn’t a one off, it’s a habit. $18 after delivery, for what? Nothing edible that’s for sure

Easily the best sub sandwich shop in town, the service is efficient and the staff put a lot of effort into delivering quality food. I always tip them a generous amount. Great place to work as a former employee.

Went in to pick up food. Made the mistake of having it at the wrong location for pick up. Waited and was told since it was already made. I had to pay 50% to have them make another one in that store due to product being used. It is what it is. I’m not going to do that. Was told to go pick it up from the store I ordered from to get food. Went through the craziness of school zone traffic to get the food. When I went in to the other location. They said that they would make another sub, since it was sitting there for 30-40 minutes. Without me even asking to. And was told it wasn’t an issue at all. If that other store could do it. The store I first went could have as well. Would have saved time and gas for something that “wouldn’t have been an issue to do”

Waited 10 minutes to place my order. The guy that acted like he was in charge was busy talking with the people in front of me while I was at the order counter. Then it took another 10 minutes to get my "famous cheese steak". It was cold and the most disgusting cheese steak I have ever tried to eat. I have had Jersey Mike's before and they were nothing like this. I will never eat at this or any other Jersey Mike's again.

Having never been to Jersey Mike's, one of the associates recommended the hot steak, cheese, bell pepper, and onion sub. It's fabulous!!! So far, that's the ONLY thing I get. Lol. One of these days, I'll break away and try something different. For now, I'm totally happy with the recommendation. It's definitely with the price and tons of steak!!!
