I order up to 10 at a time and I have to open every one up and get ginelgers and hands all over everyone's sammie. Remember COVID times can we please try to limit somewhat the spread of anything by doing one simple thing by labeling the dammies!!!

This place is a gem buried in the strip next to HEB. The restaurant is always clean, the food is always fresh, and the people are always ready to chat you up while you order.I like the classic Italiano, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Their craft sodas are also both fantastic.This is a fantastic place to eat, and I go there at least twice a month.

The sandwiches are great, but the service is unreliable. I’m afraid I’ll have to stop coming here on principle. My food was supposed to be ready at 12:52. It’s currently 1:33 and my sandwich is still not ready. I have an issue like this about 10-15% of the time I go to Jersey Mike’s. Today they said they put my sandwich in someone else’s bag, which led to the delay. A few weeks ago they left one of my sandwiches out of the bag. I contacted the company a few weeks ago, but no response. It’s good food, but 10-15% of the time something goes wrong. They did give me some chips free as a consolation, but it’s hard to go somewhere that’s unpredictable like this. You definitely can’t trust the time they say it’ll be ready.

When you walk in and you are in line for 15 minutes without them waiting on anybody who is standing right in front of them I have a huge issue with that I understand people are placing orders online and what not however they need to have a better system to wear people who are there in front of them are getting waited on as much as the online orders. It wouldn't hurt if the workers actually were quick about it too when you are slower than molasses it hurts the process. I won't go to this location again

very unhappy that i didnt get a refund for a cancelled order despite the fact i cancelled it right after i made the order (ordered accidentally through ubereats). yeah the food is decent but i'm very disappointed by this
