FRIDAY MORNING ON 3/15/2024, Worst customer service Very rude employee at the drive thru. She did not even greet me, she told me to hurry up because she had other customers in the lobby and we waited at the window for 5 mins, Very dirty, rude employees, and most important donuts & kolaches very bad.

I was so excited for Krispy Kreme and was so disappointed. The service was horrible. The place was dirty, the chocolate glazed donut was gross. Tasted like perfume or something. So disappointed! Never coming back again.

Not sure when they went downhill. I remember when they opened a few years ago how long the lines were and I hadn't been in a few months and was surprised by how bad it had gotten. This was likely my last visit to Krispie Kreme unless I hear news of some large positive turnaround.I came in on a Sunday morning which I assumed would be one of their most popular times.On the front door they had taped a paper showing their times and closing times had been scratched out to add new times instead of just printing a new piece of paper.Inside there were boxes cluttered near the seating area and what I assume was personal items from employees like phone chargers, an open bag of chips, a half eaten box of donuts and other trash.The majority of the donut selections were not available, not even donut holes. When I asked if they had a specific kind of donut the employee just pointed to the line and seemed indifferent that they were out. I wouldn't have minded waiting an extra 5 or 10 minutes if it meant I'd get some hot and fresh donuts off the line. They also didn't have the flavor of coffee we wanted and what did come out was extremely sweet.When I was ordering I had to keep asking the employee to repeat themselves since I couldn't hear over the loud metal music playing from the kitchen.None of the employees seemed like the really wanted to be there. I've worked in the food service industry before and I understand it's not the most glamorous job, but a smile and a sorry can go a long way.
Super gross.Just go in the bathroom.If the bathroom looks like that, imagine what the places we can't see look like.Disgrace to the Krispy Kreme brand.

I went thru drive thru and the lady said I can’t hear you as I tried to place my order. I drove around to the window to place the order and it seemed as though she was bothered to actually take my order and continue to complain that she could not hear me. I tried to order donut holes and was told that they were out of donut holes and out of chocolate covered glaze and simply I could have only what was left in the store which was not much of anything. This is the 2nd time I have received horrible service from this location. I work in customer service and would never treat customer's like this.Corporate please look into this as I am seeing a lot of negative comments from this particular location

The lady at the drive thru window on 11/26 in the morning is by far the rudest person I’ve ever met working a drive-thru. How are you going to sit there and tell a customer they can’t have what they want, basically because you’re being lazy and didn’t want to box them all together? DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION unless you want to be treated like trash by their workers, go to shipley’s it’ll save you a bunch of time and at least you’ll get good customer service there.
