I ordered a dozen breakfast tacos for our crew at the restaurant I work at…as a different treat. Was a huge mistake. The tortillas have gone WAY downhill and the tacos were MOSTLY tortillas (not much filler at all). Literally like plastic to eat and not much else. I tossed $37 down the trash. Literally. What happened to your amazing tortillas and service?!?

If you come to the location at 13601 FM 2154 and a certain female employee is there, expect long wait times, to be ignored, and not getting what you paid for. I got there, first person in line and was promptly told they don't open until 0600 hours. Ok, fine I waited. Finally got my order taken and instead of making my order (everything I needed was in the servers) the employee cleaned the grill. Then she made Migas, then she headed to the back area. Couple of minutes she comes out with serving utensils but still doesn't make my order. She tells the Stripes clerk that there was a complaint. I can't imagine why?! I'm still waiting for her to make my food. One customer left because she was doing everything she could to avoid making orders for customers. She finally gets the tortillas out for my tacos. She gets out 3 but I had ordered and paid for 4 tacos. Thinking that maybe I was wrong, I ask her if she could make a 4th taco. She ignored me and kept making the 3 tacos. I waited patiently. I decide to ask her again if she could make a 4th taco, this time telling her I think I paid for 4. Again, the employee was silent. She said not a word to me and continued making the 3 tacos. Since I didn't get a receipt, I ask the clerk if he could print it and ask if he remembered how many tacos I paid for. He said 4 tacos. The employee at LTC packaged up my 3 tacos, handed them to the stripes employee, who then handed it to me.
