My experience today was different, but I’m glad I was there. Upon walking up to order, I realize there was a lady complaining about the service and even though she was the one being rude Jenny kept calm and continued to hear her complaints . Monse then took my order and was very professional and nice. She had mentioned that the lady had been previously been rude to her first and I let her know to just ignore those kind of people.
