I really love their ice cream, it’s so good ! However the employees don’t wear gloves. While I was getting my mix ins, I saw the employees hands were in my ice cream. She literally had sprinkles and ice cream on her fingers while ringing me up!

My experience today was different, but I’m glad I was there. Upon walking up to order, I realize there was a lady complaining about the service and even though she was the one being rude Jenny kept calm and continued to hear her complaints . Monse then took my order and was very professional and nice. She had mentioned that the lady had been previously been rude to her first and I let her know to just ignore those kind of people. I very seldom give 5 stars because there is always room for improvement. But this place is simply amazing and deserves every single one of the 5 stars. We will definitely be back!!
