I enjoy the marble slab ice cream and the variety they offer. Stopped in 15 min before closing time one day (sorry) so they didn’t have any waffle cones left. Bummer! The staff was still helpful and friendly letting us try some samples. The cakes look amazing! I will give one a try for the next birthday cake I need! Will be back when I need that fix!

Should have read the reviews before coming here. Thought it would be like Coldstone's where they would mix the ice cream on a slab with toppings, but it's just scooped into a cup, had toppings thrown on top, and handed to you. We could have gone to the nearby Kroger and bought our own stuff for cheaper and better quality.
- no menu, no prices. The screens are blank so you're going into this blind.
- staff didn't engage with you, didn't even seem to want to help you. They just stood there until someone talked to them and even then, it was short l, mumbled responses. The store was empty, they weren't bogged, otherwise I works have understood.
- several of the ice cream flavors were freezer burned and hard and a good bit of them were also missing. There were only a few toppings put out. The employee helping us struggled to get the ice cream out of the container.
- speaking of struggling to get the ice cream out. The employee that scooped my chosen flavor out, just about flung the ice cream out, caught the scoop with her chest/shirt, AND STILL PUT IT IN THE CUP. She glanced up to see if I saw, felt confident enough that I didn't, and carried on. At this point, no, I didn't want to say anything but I should have. We were all tired and I just wanted to leave with my family.
All in all.. just drive a little further away and go to Coldstone's. This was disappointing and not worth it.
Should have listened to the terrible reviews… 20 bucks for 3 very average ice creams. No menus, no prices, few toppings, no napkins in the dispensers.
15 minutes before closing, the girls there shut off the lights and mad dogged us from the counter while we ate in the dark until we relented and left.
Marble Slab has got problems.
This is the worst Marble Slab I have been to. No working menus, only half the flavors available, no cakes, no bottles water! Are they closing down?
I guess they must be closing down because this is a Marble Slab franchise and they don’t have working menus, have less than 10 ice cream or topping options. Then when you read other reviews, it’s been that way for a while..
Place tried to charge me for 3 scoops and it was barely 1, was a total joke and when we said something they said well it melts on the slab, yea 2 scoops worth doesn’t melt. Never going back and will tell everyone I know not to as well.
Freezer burn on most of the ice creams. Outrageous prices for the little amount you get. Very disappointing. Will never come back.
Please fix store hours if you’ll be closed before 9pm
No prices listed at all. Half of ice cream flavors out. Napkin dispensers empty. Some ice cream flavors looked freezer burned. Ice cream tasted sour. 3.95% fee added to non-cash payments. Saw the owner when it first opened. Drove a new red Ferrari and had a franchise manual in the passenger seat. Probably has no time to manage this passive investment & is cutting corners due to losing money.
Came in for ice cream and it was all freezer burnt and tasted sour. We had 1 bite and threw it away. Staff also didn't mix the ice cream on the slab at all. Bad ice cream straight to the cup. We just moved to seven hills nearby and were excited to have a marble slab so close. We will not be returning to this location ever again.
Still paid for the marble slab price too unfortunately. Save your money and go next door to Kroger or to My Two Scoops Creamery for a better quality product.

Yummy treats, many flavors. Love the fresh cookies also
The workers basically refuse to use milkshake machine. They never have “milkshake mix”. They sure miss out on a lot of money
if the owner sees this, today 12/27/22, your establishment smells like raw sewage. I just paid 31 dollars for 13 stale cookies and 2 scoops of ice cream. There were NO prices posted and the the poor young person (probably your kid) working there had to GUESS at prices. Please tell me A dozen stale cookies isn’t regularly 31.00. Additionally, thee is virtually no product available other than froze/freezer burned ice cream
Just like everyone else anchored to that horrible Kroger, this place is filthy and needs to be closed.
I feel sorry for your employee.
They are never open when they say. Their website has different hours then ones posted at their location, and Google says different hours as well. Not pleasant when you travel out of your way just for the business to be closed.
They closed the shop early and they were not friendly. You might want to take your hard earned money to a place that will be glad to serve you. We won't go back!
