I had a horrible experience I waited 25 minutes for the pizza I need to have been sitting there and nobody notified me they told me it was in the oven it would be a few minutes and nobody came to tell me it was ready I was standing close by there were other customers there I didn't know who's Pizza that was they were setting up the employees could have said something and then when I said something about it the manager threatened to ban me from the store for saying it was ridiculous that nobody notified me

It definitely is hard to rate this pizza place, I love Marco’s Pizza, but it’s a hit or miss ordered the magnifico pepperoni pizza yesterday and it was delicious everything on point.! Ordered a medium specialty pizza today and it was terrible. The pizza was dry not enough sauceAnd not hotI would definitely order again cause like I said it to hit or miss and I work next-door so it’s very convenient.

This is a hard rating, because I would like to give it 2.5 stars. This place is extremely frustrating, because we have had some amazing pizza pies from this place.....but also some terrible pizzas. The inconsistency is wild!
While ordering from here we have taken the good with the bad. We will get a pizza that knocks your socks off that is perfeclty cooked with plenty of cheese and toppings. They were doing a spicy pizza for a little bit and when they did that one right, I was so on board with this place.
However, after a great pizza, more times than not, it would be followed up with an overcooked pizza, cheeseless barespots on the pizza, and lack of toppings pizza. The last three times that we went we have hit a lull, so we haven't ordered in a while.
I wish this place was more consistent, because when they are on....they are on. But when they are off.....I would rather make frozen pizza at home.

First off the staff is amazing they thought I was upset because it took a while but it didn’t it only took like 15 min I was stressed about work not them at all! Now on to the Pizza, I ordered a large supreme and I’ve had pizza from almost every place in town. They are definitely one of the best the ingredients are so fresh, you can tell they take pride in making the pizza 5 stars!

Levi took care of my order today, and I was truly impressed by the exceptional customer service he provided. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me warmly and asked how he could assist. His friendly demeanor and professionalism stood out, and he worked quickly and efficiently. The pizza was fantastic as well! I highly recommend this location – not only is the food great, but the service is top-notch.

I don't get Marco's pizza often but the last few times, has definitely made up for the other times before when what I ordered at times was sometimes a hit or miss, as far as not always getting order correct or always on time but these last few times have been a game changer and it's changed my opinion in a good way about Marco's as recently it's been just as good as from what I remember when I had Marco's pizza at times when I was in the U.S. Army and I was stationed in Savannah, Georgia and that was the first time that I was introduced to Marco's pizza and I'm going to start ordering from Marco's more often, the next time I order pizza again! Keep it up and thank Marco's pizza, as you will continue to get me as a more so regular customer from now on when I order pizza again in the future. I ordered pizza last night 1/29/25 from Marco's, and got the Pepperoni Magnifico with extra sauce and it was hot and fresh and delicious as well. I also got the cinnamon bread and that's good stuff too and never disappoints.
