They charged me wrong and I didn’t say anything but they didn’t give me my burger plain AND it had hair in it. I returned it asked for a remake. And they gave me the wrong burger. I went back to get the right burger and I wasn’t gonna return the wrong burger they had given me. I ordered a triple cheeseburger and they had given me a double. They had the audacity to give me a SINGULAR PATTY to add to the triple cheeseburger. LIKE WHAT?! Thats just insane. I returned the double and they just put that cold patty they offered me inside. Ridiculous.

I just got back from ordering from the drive thru at the location of Wellborn and Holleman in College Station, Tx. I was shocked when the cashier actually came on the speaker and said “what do you want???” I couldn’t believe it but I had to laugh! Irritating, but laughable. What has happened to customer service? That is the worse I have ever experienced and I’m 68 years old.
