Service was not good at all. Drove to the window because nobody answered the drive thru..continued to sit there as 2 workers passed by and looked at right at me but never came to the window to ask what I needed. Workers need to be more attentive. They were not busy. There was no line.

I pull up at 4:25am keep in mind I used to work at McDonald’s and almost all of them are the same worked 2 of them in my hometown, they told me they aren’t taking orders because they barely have food ready?, dawg what I wanted is what you microwave for 30 seconds and it was 2 sausage burritos, now listen yes they need to be prepped but most of the time they are pre prepped now that in mind what in the world doesn’t not having enough food ready have to do with my order

This location has lost its luster! Day crew is usually great. The night crews on the other hand have gotten my order wrong in more than one way. And after a long day and I've driven home after recieving my order I start unwrapping my food for half of it to be wrong or dry. Laziest location in my opinion! Will deffinantly start driving to other locations

If you’re delivery driver and you’re picking up past 10 don’t bother, they’ll put you up to the second window and push out the entire line while your order sits on the counter and they don’t give it to you

Terrible. Just got home with three McRib meals and a quarter pounder meal. The McRibs have NO SAUCE, fry boxes are 2/3 full, the bag has NO NAPKINS and three drinks, no straws. DO BETTER, please. Disappointed.

I ordered a steak egg and cheese on a bagel. I opened my sandwich & took a bite and realized they forgot the egg. I turned around and went into the restaurant to inform them that the egg was missing from my sandwich. The Caucasian lady with blonde hair took the sandwich that I took a bite of and threw an egg on it.. it was the most disturbing & disgusting experience that I have ever encountered. Customer service is in the toilet.
I have placed mobile orders multiple times, driven up to the speaker, given my code, the employee has said my name back to me, I then pull up to the first window to then be told my order doesn’t exist. This is pretty frustrating

I had some McDonalds yesterday for whatever reason the diced onions are making people sick, your throat will hurt and burping will have this after taste of like raw onions or i dont know throw up. I believe its only on the burgers. I've had numerous stomach issues. It was disgusting. And Its not just this one time yesterday. Ive had it on other days and same issue occurs. (Either someone's not cleaning or someone's poisoning the food to the costumers!)
