Order a couple breakfast sandwiches on the app since it's the only way that it's economical. Pulled into parking lot and had already received notification my order was already done, chose space and entered into app. Still took about 5 mins for it to arrive. No big deal

Ordered a Big Mac in drive thru at 8:00 pm.No one else in drive thru, no one in restaurant. Took over ten minutes to get my order. Drove home (other side of town) only to discover they put a double cheeseburger in a Big Mac box. I could tell something was fishy by the way employees were acting. Never eating here again. Probably won't eat at any McDonald's again.

They not only over charged me but they messed my order and my sons order up gave me some stuff l literally told them l was allergic too and then on top of that had an attitude because l told them it was wrong. And then on top of all of this the other lady in the window ignored me and was rude and rolled her eyes at me. When l was asking for someone to help me which she just stood there and someone else had to come help me. The staff is usually amazing but today they were rude and unprofessional l will not be back to this location.
Don't understand why they can't seem to follow simple instructions but they can't. As an example, we ordered a filet of fish sandwich with no cheese, keep the tartar sauce and ADD catsup. They added the catsup and deleted the tartar sauce. Other than that ordering issue they were as good as almost every other Mickey D's.

We waited for our food for over an hour - no apparent reason other than lack of supervision. The restaurant was dirty with a big water bug (looks like a roach) dead on the dining room floor. There were no apologies for the wait, the food was mostly cold, and the restaurant was dirty. We had two Happy Meals and they gave one the popular toy and one the generic low-end toy. A two star rating is generous.
