Ordered using their app. Went to pick up the food and their soft drink machine was down. Did not want the order as it would mean not receiving something I paid for. I was rudely told I would have to call the number on the app. Problem is, the app says to contact the store. No one at Tower Point McDonalds on highway 6 picks up the phone. Rock Prairie did and said the supervisor over both stores is Josh. Josh: you are doing a horrible job and are hiring individuals with unnecessary attitude. If I wanted ghetto, I wouldn’t have worked hard all of my life to live in a nice neighborhood with well mannered neighbors. Read the neighborhood (and these reviews), Josh and leadership. Freddy’s and Chick fil A may be more pricey, but my time is worth it, and again, why so ghetto?

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I went to the bathroom and fell on the extremely wet floor. If they did that, the sign should be right in front of the door. It was so wet that as soon as I stepped in I went flying. And when I told the staff, she kinda just laughed with another person. This is not acceptable period. You are lucky I didn't sue.

First time coming to this mcdonald's and the employee Jason was super friendly, his attitude was super friendly and kind, I will definitely return to this location again. If only they're were more people like him in all the mcdonald's

The Staff here is incompetent they never get your order right and then they want to defend themselves because they did wrong avoid

This is one of the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. We ordered our food through the app and ended up waiting almost 45 minutes for our food. The drive thru line was backed up all the way to the road and we stood at a standstill for almost 20 minutes before we decided to park and go in. If we hadn’t already paid for our food we would have just left. I’m not sure what the problem was but I won’t be going back.

Service was messed up. Food was delivered on the parking lot, but there was a missing one sandwich, no sprite, and we were waiting for the food to get delivered. After 10 minutes, I went back inside and asked for the food. Finally got missing food but no drink because their machine was broken.

Food came in wrong for the 3rd time. Can’t get anything right. I don’t know how you can mess up an easy job like McDonalds but they always do. Maybe hire people that know how to do the most simple of things ??????
