I guess the manager makes bonus based on food costs. Why pay for a large order of fries? They are going to give you a medium order in a large box. I will never eat at another McDonald's again.

The Lady taking my order was strange. I ordered and she put nothing on the drive thru screen and said nothing. We sat there for like a minute confused until she came back and asked if we were using the mobile app. We told her that we didn’t pull forward because she never confirmed that she completed our order and she asked if we said we wanted a small fry in response. We repeated what we said and all she says is “yes ma’am.” ??? Idek but we pulled up anyways annoyed and to no surprise our order was never taken and we had to take it at the window.

Don’t eat at this McDonald’s they took a long time to give my order and it was ready and they gave me the snow all melted because they were on the phone and talking and they attend you angry they fan your food also this was at 3:28

Ordered a double cheeseburger with a large soda. They tell em they are out of soda. I ask for my money back for the soda and they get all pissed because thats the option I wanted.

They have the weirdest people working here. The person at the drive through has just stared at me awkwardly the two times this person has taken my order. There are many other weird, socially awkward people working here. I’ll be going to the Rock Prairie location.

The line was extremely long first of all, second when I was finally able to tell my order, the employee that was taking my order got yelled at by a manager for something unbelievably trivial, their tone immediately shifted. When I finally got my food (took 20 minutes max) everything was nearly wrong, employee was nowhere to be seen, when I walked inside the manager was suddenly friendly again.

I sense a strong favoritism in this store, never going back here again and never recommending this store if this is how management treats their employees over something so trivial. Maybe focus on things like missing items, incorrect adjustments to orders, and being more friendly instead of yelling at their own workers for simply being themselves during the small downtime they rarely have.

The workers didnt know what they were doing, I had a mobile order and they kept saying they couldnt process it. I had the right location and was charged on the app. Worst McDonald's experience I've had. Wont be coming back to this location again!

I attempted to order a deal they had on their drive-thru menu (6-piece chicken nuggets, buy one get one for a dollar). The cashier said they don't do that, and then got the manager. I told them that they have the deal on their menu, and the manager said that they still would not do the deal despite it being there. So I left, and I went to the Rock Prairie McDonald's who had the same deal on their menu and had no issues ringing it up. Feels like they are just trying to take in extra money.

I went to this McDonalds with one of the easiest orders, a plain double cheeseburger with extra cheese and a coke. I was then asked at the window if the burger was supposed to have everything on it and which I said “No, plain” and received a mostly correct burger besides having onions on it only a second later. I parked and went in, feeling bad due to them probably being in a rush, I went to the counter and just said that it was supposed to be plain with cheese. The employee quickly went off and made me a new one, so I proceeded to leave thinking the issue was resolved, I was even told “you can throw away the other one” so I did as I walked out. Then to get home afterwards I find that I was just given another double cheeseburger with everything on it this time. My apologies if my order was too complicated but 🤷‍♀️.
