I had came in with an actual good mcdvoice survey and wanted to redeem but a sandwich get one free, I understand it's busy. Beyond the BS the employee is dealing or being dealt.....rude, mean and obnoxious is what I was put through! A five dollar bill was handed over perfect hand to hand and two nickels were disrespectful placed back towards me .... Do not think for a second I am talking out of place.....I work same type of customer service......with that being said the mgr red head came and said she was calling the police.. my son was not ready for all that , it's ridiculous outrageous and this McDonald is to be retrained. They have no training at all. Do not try to pay cash because you the enemy point black!!!

Manager and worker were super rude about us picking up three orders in the same car. Told us “you weren’t supposed to get three orders in one car” and then slammed the window on us. No where while ordering did it say we were supposed to pick up orders in different cars. Terrible service.

Came to get breakfast sandwhiches and a smoothie for family, at first they asked if i just had the smoothie and i had to tell them I had the samdwhiches as well. I had to show my receipt and then pull to third window. Waited about 10 minutes bwfore someone came and brought my sandwhiches and said have a good day but didnt give me my smoothie. I then had to wait for someone to come back, tell them i needed my smoothie, before i finally had to just leave the smoothie because it took far too long and made me late for my girlfriends ring day. The service was horrible and felt like I was supposed to figure everything out for my own order. I cant imagine a smoothie takes more than moments to make so I know they were not paying attention to us.

Attempted to order a latte, frappe and tea through drive-thru. Informed that frappe is broken and ordered alternative. Told after paying the latte was also broken and no offer of refund was given aside from chocolate frappe. Ended asking for large soda and losing $2 on an $8 purchase. Occurred on Sunday, Sept 22 at 5:15 pm.

almost every time i order doordash from any mcdonalds in this area they forget the sauce and straws. it's so frustrating expecting 10 sauces and getting none. the food tastes like dookie by itself and they won't even give the kindness of letting me mask the taste ✋️

We stopped at McDonalds on wellborn for drinks and a cup of ice. The cashier who took my daughter’s order was rude about not wanting to add the cup of ice. Stating that they didn’t just sell ice. “I mean I guess I could give you a cup, we don’t just sell ice.” No, ma’am we know you charge and we weren’t wanting anything free. Furthermore she wasn’t “giving” us anything and we didn’t expect it free. Everything cost money and we were wanting to pay! I did go in to afterwards to see why she was rude to my 11 year old. But we didn’t see her. If people don’t want to be at work and it being move in week for the students and a super busy town. Please stay home customer service comes first!!

Ordered a Breakfast platter with hot cakes, and 1 extra sausage patty. Was told to pull to next window. Waited 28 minutes for my order, was asked twice while waiting at the window what my order was, then I don't get half of the food. No hashbrowns, no eggs, no biscuit, just hotcakes and 4 sausage patties. When I called and spoke to the manager, she was beyond rude. Will never stop at this location again. Brand new store too. Disgusting
Deserves zero stars at all. Worst customer service in the area. Any food that you actually receive is hard and cold, or completely melted. Drive through service is horrible, long wait times and nothing at the store is consistently working. Meat also has suspicious and chewy things inside. Should shut down or replace all employees.
