We arrived at 9:35pm .....place closes at 10pm on 11-18-25....the young lady making the pizzas was in a bad mood.......that is NOT THE WAY YOU PREPARE FOOD FOR OTHERS!!!!!

I never order deliveryâbut on July 31, 2025, I made an exception. I placed a delivery order through the Mod Pizza website at 11:40 AM. The original estimated time was 12:20 PM. Then it changed to 12:40. Then 1:00. Then 1:10. After waiting over an hour and seeing constant delays, I decided to go pick it up myself.
Before heading out, I called the store to ensure the delivery driver wouldnât take my order while I was on the way. The employee told me, âWe canât help youâyou need to contact DoorDash.â I explained I ordered directly through Mod Pizza, not DoorDash. I even pointed out that the confirmation message from Mod Pizza clearly said to contact the store for any issues. The employee still refused to help. Only after I pushed back did they finally cancel the delivery.
When I arrived, the staff was cold and unhelpful. No greeting. No apology. They simply pointed to my pizzaâsitting on the lowest rack, barely two inches above the floor, completely cold. There were no other pizzas on the pick-up shelf. It felt deliberately petty, like they went out of their way to be dismissive.
To make matters worse, I was still charged a delivery fee even though I had to pick it up myselfâand the pizza wasnât even warm.
This experience was incredibly disappointing. Between the miscommunication, the cold food, the lack of accountability, and the staffâs attitude, I can honestly say this was the worst customer service Iâve had in a long time.
This happened on July 31, 2025âin case you want to hold your staff accountable for losing a loyal customer. Because after this experience, thatâs exactly what I am: a lost customer of Mod.

Iâve been a regular customer here and usually enjoy the food but unfortunately my recent visit was disappointing due to an unpleasant interaction with one of the employees. This experience has made me reconsider returning, and Iâll be looking for a new spot for pizza moving forward.

The food here is great and the staff is friendly, however, the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell. It smelled almost like acetone or some sort of sour smell. Im not sure if itâs the cleaner that they use but it made my stomach turn.
Love mod! Literally canât get enough. The lemonade on its own is worth a visit.

I felt that the service from the actual staff was satisfactory, but the older man who manages the place seemed to lack enthusiasm and had a poor attitude. The food was not good at all it lacked flavor!!. I was disappointed because it did not meet my expectations for $16. I noticed wilted vegetables being served, which should not have been offered, and I also saw ranch dressing left out, despite it needing to be refrigerated. The place needs a serious deep cleaning because some parts of the restaurant were not clean. Will not be returning to this location.

EMPLOYEES ARE BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL!! They were doing closing duties at 9 even though they close at 11 and they were eat and drinking on the clock it as a mess and Iâm extremely upset and disappointed
