All your employees have amazing customer service but CUA and Richard truly made a great experience and gave great customer service.
Paid an extra two dollars for Steak and Shrimp entree - got a whole 2 small pieces of steak and 2 pieces of shrimp.

I picked up dinner tonight and whenever we arrived home, we realized we were given somebody else's order. I gave them a call and they owned the mistake and were quick to apologize and issue a refund. They even went above and beyond and offered to remake our order at no cost if we wanted to come back and get it. The manager (John) was very professional and apologetic and was great about making things right. Beyond the mistake, they have a very quick and efficient operation and the customer service is great.
