The staff member taking orders was pushy and RUDE!! She refused to let me wait for hot food while I waited for something they were out of. Food was good but a little overcooked.
I LOVE panda, but they messed up the orange chicken sauce and continued to sell it. The sauce tasted way different than usual so I asked the staff if they changed the sauce. Nope. Someone mislabeled the banana flavoring as orange, so we were served banana chicken. There was no attempt to hide the mistake— they knew it was messed up. And they didn't offer to change or replace my chicken. It was actually nasty. If you mess up the recipe, don't sell it.
We also found a hair in one of our meals. I'm so sad.

Had the worst experience with the one of their employees named Jess on Aug 8th 2024. Literally all I asked was if I could sample the new entrée they had or if there was a way to know if it’s good and she was very rude and unprofessional immediately claiming it was impossible and it’s either I buy it or not. I’ve been coming to panda for a while but this was my first night having such a terrible experience. The manager on duty that night was no help either. I was even wondering if it was a race thing. Truth of the matter is customer service should not be lacking this much!

Wow. I have ordered from here dozens of times and have always been satisfied with everything. Tonight, the "Super greens" were anything but. WAY OVER COOKED! That was a waste of money. $6 down the drain. Do better, guys, please.

Harassed by a banana bread salesman halfway through my lunch break. Apparently saying no thank you to a guy selling them for his church group makes me a bad person. Come on man. I get one hour to eat in a ten hour shift. Learn how to take no for an answer. Btw the fried rice tastes like the cardboard they serve it in.

Really good location. Dine in area was very clean. Food was fresh and delicious. Staff was super friendly and helpful in making decisions. Food was very tasty and delicious. New apple pie rolls were very delicious. The chow mein noodles and white rice was great. Kung Poa chicken and broccoli beef was very good as well. Chicken egg roll seemed to be cooked a little too long but was surprisingly tasty.
