Today, you had a large group of what looked to be managers standing around chatting by the registers. Y’all were very busy and not a single one of them got on a register to help take orders or deliver food to tables. The place was clean and the cashier was kind and patient but the simple fact that you obviously do not cross train your higher-ups is mighty disappointing. Also, it’s not cool keeping customers waiting whilst you gossip with the cook.

Many months later, there are no humans manning the front counter. Used the kiosk and stood in line for 10 minutes to get a cup. Would have been longer but several people in front of me walked out.

After 45 min everyone left, it was apparent no food was coming out, don’t bother with this location.

We entered the store at 8:23pm and we were told that they will not allow us to eat inside and take out is only available. Google says that they are open till 9pm. Bad customer service and food quality was not good too.

I ordered a soup and half sandwich here at the university location today in college station.. I ordered drive thru pickup. Once I got to the window I was never greeted, I was just stared at so I ended up saying im here to pick my order. The drive thru worker hands my food out and slammed the window.. I didn't receive a thank you for coming or have a nice day or nothing.. very rude customer service!! I will not be back.. 10/3/25 6pm

all Austin area Panera Breads now have their customer facing internet throttled down to nothing, gmail will not even load, mgrs pretend they know nothing about it and clearly could care less, you will no longer get any office work done here while you dine
