Papa Johns Pizza

We ordered at the lobby for take out during Ring Days at A&M on 10-18-25. We were helped by Mary. She was so nice and professional, she kept us informed on the status of our large order. She also advised us where we could get the other things we needed. She was the only one working and kept up with our large order and call in orders for delivery. We thanked her and we will definitely return when we are at College Station!

Normally don’t have a problem but I ordered food just now for delivery (10:30pm) and I end up getting a call saying they don’t have delivery drivers. Wish they would have taken the option off the website or said unavailable for current store. They don’t close till 1am so there is no reason they shouldn’t have someone on right now. I’ve worked in fast food in the past and know that you either find a delivery driver to work or you take it off the website for the night.

Pizza horrible. Very dry no flavor.
Wings horrible.
Ordered a 6piece wing only got 5.
Then there was a kid in the back with no shoes on.

We tried different pizza places around the area, but you cannot beat Papa John’s. They have the best pizza but their wings for some reason they’ve gotten smaller. We’ve had larger wings from them. I don’t know why but that’s what it is.

I have had hit or miss with papa johns here and in Houston, but Laren was so attentive and made sure I got the perfect pizza. I will definitely be back to this location! 5 stars!!!

I've never had a bad experience with this location. Foods always fresh and on time. Any time there's been a question about the order I placed online I get a phone call to confirm the details. This evening, they happened to be put of dough and the webpage doesn't relay things like this to the customer, immediately got a phone call to confirm I wanted thin crust because that's what's available at the moment. I didn't request thin, these kids are hungry now not later, but I don't mind this minor detail because the customer service is worth it. Thank you to the team for the great experiences in the past and the relentless excellence in service.

Pizza was scheduled to be delivered at 7 pm and didnt arrive until after 10:30 pm and two phone calls asking where it was. Pizza was delivered without any knocking and was left on the ground to get cold. I was also missing wings and 2 liter coke from the order. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

After waiting exactly 1.5 hours for delivery I decided to cancel this place must be too busy so I'll give my business to another place

I had one of my best Papa Johns Pizza experiences here. I ordered over the phone and Mary picked up the phone. She was awesome! She was nice, made the pizza exactly how I wanted it and it looked well put together, and had a smile on her face when I arrived to pick up the pizza. I eat vegan and vegetarian so its crucial that my order doesn't have meat. Very simple interaction between us but I don't get this type of customer service all the time. It's refreshing. If I come back to college station and I want some pizza I know where I'm headed.

Vegetarian options: They have plenty of veggies to choose from for vegetarians. If you order regular pizza with/without cheese and add your choice of veggies that would be considered vegan/vegetarian depending if you want cheese or not. There are other vegetarian options too.

Parking: There was plenty of open parking spots.

Food was good just don’t use any other apps besides papa John because the other apps take forever but thank you for the pizza Papa John’s

Dietary restrictions: Driver was great. Not Papa John’s app The app that I use canceled the payment so I paid the driver for the pizza and gave him a tip. but he still gave me the pizza after the cancellation.
